R.Wow. Such lovely furniture and not too badly priced. They can order in what you like or buy off the shop floor. Hugh quality and affordable furniture for every room in your house
M.We bought some vouchers here a few years ago and they've been great. We had a long look around and the staff were very helpful and patient with us. There was a great range of furniture, with many styles. The prices seemed very fair and we were very happy with the cost of our couches. Well certainly go back when we need to change any furniture.

H.Massive thanks to this great team if companies need training on how to deal with difficult customers take note from this team. Sunday went looking for furniture the lovely lady that helped me try to make sure I looked at their entire catalog before I left. Got it to deliver and at first the guys that delivered, we had a little disagreement. Mainly me being impatient and not thinking about the busiest time for the year for these guys. Their shop called to try and calm the situation and offered to have it organised for the next day. Then later on as the delivery guys were returning back they called just to see if I'll be interested in them dropping it off before they head home. Felt definitely stink for my precious attitude and then they came an apologised for the misunderstanding. Thanks team for your efforts during this busy and trying times you are all still trying to make sure every custome is happy.

C.We brought and paid for our couches 4 weeks ago and was told that they will be delivered with in two weeks at the latest. Every day I have phoned the company they have said they will be getting delivered today or the next day but hasn't happened. I was promised they where getting delivered today but just got a call saying that they have the wrong couches and don't even know where ours are!!!!! I am having a staff do at my house this weekend with 30 people coming so need them if I knew they weren't going to be here I
would have not brought them and gone somewhere else. They don't even seem sorry worst experience ever I do not recommend big save!

K.Good furniture store in easy location in Tauranga. We did our shopping at big save furniture at for the whole house and bought beds, lounge furniture and dining table/other tables. Also able to get delivery if needed. Parking is available outside as well.
A.I need to mention a particular customer representative, Jade. She was the only representative whom actually asked if we were okay and if she could assist in any way. She answered our questions without hesitation being very attentive. Due to this if any furniture is purchased through Big Save i will request for Jade's service.
