It was really a great buy and my kids happy with the bunk bed.The quality of the bed were good and beautifully made.Gary provide a very good service, fast response and good quality. Even we have encountered some problem with the parts, he quick response and send a replacement within few days. Highly recommended.

Item came in three large boxes and weighed up to 45kgs per box so, if you are ordering be sure to have the space to receive these boxes. Delivery was within 15days from order and was professionally delivered. MASSIVE item list with huge bag of screws, plugs, you name it. It was a bit daunting at first but the boxes are marked 1-3 and I started with the first box (and viola, it had the instructions in it!!). Assembly wasn't difficult but there were one or two boards that did not align by way of holes and now we have two draws that are misaligned. Two people minimum required to assemble this set and it will take up to 6 hours to do a decent job of it. Overall, the product is of good quality, strong slats for mattress and the mattress (additional purchase) itself appears comfortable. I believe the product price is very fair the service was excellent. Generally I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Where do I start? After finding some outdoor furniture on Trade Me we decided to contact the company about a few queries we had. I dealt with the owner Gary. I can't thank you enough Gary for being so accommodating over the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. We delayed delivery due to the Christmas break and holidays, no problem for Gary to store it. When we were ready for delivery the company used to freight it from Tauranga to Auckland were amazing. This was Premier Movers. They delivered on a Saturday, were efficient, called to confirm someone would be home and they would be 15 minutes away, helped my husband put the very large box where he wanted it and were ever so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to deal with a your company Gary, so eager to please. We wanted to support an NZ business and we would highly recommend their stock and most importantly their service. Thank you Gary from NZ Lifestlye Imports, you are the BOMB! Rosemarie J Baker

Excellent service, fantastic quality furniture at a reasonable price. After buying a cheap set of bunk beds online and being less than impressed with the quality, I was lucky to stumble upon NZ Lifestyle Imports. Gary went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed. Our new set of bunks are incredibly sturdy and look like they are made to last. Most impressed and glad to support a local business. I highly recommend purchasing from here.

Service was over and above, and greatly appreciated for the time frame we asked for. The bunks and mattresses are amazing for the price point. We would highly recommend NZ Lifestyle Imports to anyone who is looking to kit out a spare bedroom for a price that wont break the bank.

Brilliant service when ordering a loft bed for our daughter. Very accommodating when we needed to hold the bed at their warehouse until we were ready to receive it. Quick delivery, and great communication. The loft bed is perfect and has a quality finish. Highly recommended.

I haven't found these many of varieties of bunk bed available any where in Auckland/NZ. Dimensions are perfect and good Communication. highly recommend.

Just wanted to say 100% agree with the other positive reviews and glowing recommendation of this company and Gary's amazing customer service. Super fast and helpful communication, kept us informed of shipping timings, and the delivery company to Auckland were awesome and took care and consideration (no dented corners on a delivered flat pack is rare these days!). Our 7yo loves his new bunks so much and it was awesome to be able to support a local NZ business. There were some shipping delays due to Covid and this crazy new world we live in - but it was well worth the wait and I feel so sorry for businesses being affected. Highly recommend buying from NZ Lifestyle Imports!

High quality products, wonderful customer service and delivery! This is a company that really cares! At a time when COVID first hit our nation, it was this company that sustained its communication with me right through to the end-they were amaziing. With supplies being halted all over the world and their stocks affected the one thing they maintained that many others didn't was calm, connection with customers and care. I finally got my beautiful Ashley bunks and assembled these with ease. The company checked on me to make sure everything was ok with the product. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing Tauranga based service. I certainly have saved them as one of my first go to online furniture suppliers for any future purchases. This was a really good buying experience. Gary was extremely helpful throughout the process, and even when the manufacturer left out a piece, Gary quickly shipped it to me.

Amazing service again from NZ Lifestyle Imports. Over the years we have purchased: a bunk bed set, a dining set and now also two sets of loft bunk beds from Gary and the team and couldn't be happier. Quality Product Thank you for making prompt contact to confirm my order and dispatch. The chair cover fits perfectly and it is totally rainproof. It has totally protected my chair from the rain this week. Quality product too which will stand up to wind as well as the rain.

Over all we are very happy and my 2 girls love them, ordered and delivered the same day! The only issue we had was 1 bolt was missing and some very minor marks. We brought the dallas single loft with desk and storage and the miami single loft bunk. Definitely recommend these products and the service was great

We are lucky that we live in Tauranga - as we went to view - but the quality of this product is amazing. Very sturdy and well put together - I wish I needed another duo bunk - they are that good.
