K.What fantastic service. Looked in this shop while on holiday. Loved the cabinet but had to wait to go back home to make sure our tv fitted on it. T.I went into this store today searching for some dining room furniture. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. One of the lady's whose name was Jade went over and above her duties to help assist me. I will definitely be coming back to search for more goodies for my new home.
J.From out of state for work in Tauranga recently and a family friend of mine who has been coming here for years told me about The Importer. So I made the decision to have a look. From the outside it was a little nondescript but, as I entered It had a warm and lovely atmosphere and from the onset, the staff were very nice and welcoming. A great variety of textiles and homeware. Beautiful displays and clean. The stunning lady who assisted me was very patient and knowledgeable with their products. Spent well over 40 mins in the store with her and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or uneasy the whole time. Overall, I very much liked my experience and I see why my friend has been coming here for many years. Love!
