Just wanted to write a quick message to say what a great experience we had at your Te aro, Wellington store on Saturday the 5th of Jan.
Jonnette was so great! She helped us through the process and gave her designer input with colours etc.
We also had a lovely chat with the journalism post grad who was working there also.
The whole process was a breeze! Could not recommend enough.

J.We needed a few items of furniture and found a good selection at big save. Pretty at Wellington Store was really helpful, explained everything we needed to know. Gave us a quote and was able to get us extra benefits after consulting with her team leader/ manager. She followed up a few days later with information she had promised. We went back in and purchased the items and Pretty has arranged delivery to suit us. What we really appreciated was how knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy and yet really personable our experience was. We felt valued were shown other options that they didn’t have on display via a touch screen that they could get in. We feel the furniture is really good value. We are very happy and have recommended Big Save Wellington to friends.
