N.While the furniture quality and aesthetics at McKenzie and Willis are both outstanding, what really sets them apart from the other outlets is their service. We bought an apartment and had to fully furnish it, and Bev was absolutely outstanding with the back and forth offering suggestions, advice, and quotes for a variety of options to suit our space, without the pressure to buy immediately. She (and their awesome delivery team) were very patient and accommodating after two failed attempts to get sofas in the lift and stairs (the joys of apartment living!). Their service was lightyears ahead of the other vendors we purchased from.
While most retailers would forget about you as soon as you made a payment, Bev has been outstanding supporting us with maintenance tips and more - she even went out of her way to deliver cleaning products to us for our outdoor furniture to save us a trip to Thorndon Quay as she happened to be in the area that arvo!
