J.Ordered a bed frame which arrived within a couple of days. It was pretty quick and easy to assemble and looks great. I spoke to someone on the phone before ordering to check some details and they were able to help me. Definitely loads cheaper than any other bed I looked at and I'm really pleased with the product.
C.Brought an office chair from this company almost a year ago. It never felt right, but I left it. Then the gas started to fail, so I contacted them. The chair was Sent back and it was confirmed there was a fault and I received a store credit. I have dealt with Lara this whole time, through many emails. She has been fantastic to deal with. Their service has been fantastic throughout and I would definitely recommend to use this company.
C.Purchased an office chair for a present which wasn't the right fit. I contacted TSB living whom were extremely quick to respond to my email and happy to assist me with the return of the product. I repackaged the product, they provided me with return postage (at my cost which is fine), charged a re-stocking fee but ultimately made my experience hassle free. Excellent service, would happily purchase again from this company.

T.Ordered a new headboard and super happy with my purchase. Product was exactly as described and shown, postage and price was super low and delivery was only a few days, even during delays due to flooding. Very impressed and will definitely place more orders in the future.
W.Great experience, great and quick service. I bought a little airbrush compressor, It works with very little noise, provides easily enough pressure for more than one airbrush connected and provides steady (non pulsing) airflow due to its 3 liter tank.
Perfect for airbrush work, persomal use as well as actual projects!

A.Ordered a tallboy bathroom cabinet. Delivered very quickly and was exactly as displayed on their website. The little cupboard door handle is a bit flimsy and the shelf inside the cupboard needed bluetack to secure it otherwise it was wobbly but good value for money. It looks great in the bathroom and it was pretty easy to build.
M.Superb! The bed i bought arrived in good time despite current and on-going logistical issues and the quality was first class. As for value for money i would say no-other company could offer the same at these prices.

C.Amazingly quick delivery on Good Friday! Love the freezer. I had to change the door around, which wasn't easy. The lid was tricky to get off, then the door needed to be lifted to reclose. Fortunately that situation seems to have fixed itself. LOVE MY NEW FREEZER!!

K.Quick delivery - on wicker bed side tables - Wish I knew it was formica (chip board / laminate though, this reflects the price I suppose. Material catergory on the website would have helped this.

R.I brought their GARDEN SHED 10' X 8' FT, it was really well priced and easy to buy and collect. For me it was the perfect size. It was pretty easy to assemble by myself and a bit of help from the kids to hold some bits. It came with instructions and all the screws, bolts and nuts etc. And had pre punch holes!!!. It took about 8 hours to build. I am very happy with it. Thanks.

J.I bought a fancy looking bed frame. It turned up in a slightly beaten box hence the 4/5 not 5/5 but that aside, it was easy to put together and very sturdy. Surprisingly no damage to the frame. Pretty happy over all. There was delay that I wasnt told about until I asked but they got back to me quickly which I appreciated.
J.Outdoor Garden Furniture at a competitive price as cheaper than other more well known places but of the same quality. Also after unpacking it was missing some of the feet though after contacting TSB they (Charlotte) promptly sent these items in the post so overall 5 Stars from me...

The instructions for setting it up were a little off and confusing, would have been helpful if some bits were explained better but luckily we figured it out pretty quickly by ourselves. A.I phoned this morning and as the local Hutt store was busy the call was redirected to the Christchurch store. The very helpful woman was able to arrange to put the item on hold for me at the Hutt store so I could pick it up a couple of hours later. I was so impressed by the sale room reception staff and then the warehouse staff, who even carried my purchase to the car (I have a shoulder injury). Seamless, friendly and efficient service. M.My husband and I Terry would like to commend the support provided by Charlotte of TSB Living Wellington. The product we ordered from them got lost by the courier. We received regular updates from Charlotte on the progress with the courier company and were able to assist in any way we could. By the 3rd week there was no update from the investigations carried out by the courier company so TSB re-sent out the another product as the first one had not arrived at our door. This time we received it within two days! Thank you TSB and Charlotte for being so persistant on our behalf and restoring our faith in your company and we truly felt we had been valued customers. S.Product arrived promptly. The instructions were inadequate and the roof supports are not uniform resulting in a loose roof allowing for water pooling. The advert doesn’t match the roof materials. Apart from the roof we are reasonably happy with the run.

A.Recently bought a drawer, recliner and lounge suite from TSB Living Lower Hutt. Quality of products are worth the price - you basically get what you pay for, however, customer service is great - staff are really friendly and helpful. Love that they have payment options such as Afterpay and Genoapay. Some items are difficult to assemble, instructions can be hard to read and you end up taking far longer than anticipated - best to have time and patience before assembling.
R.A wide and eclectic range of inexpensive products. While you'd expect furniture, there's also everything from toolboxes to ride-on cars, so worth checking if they have something in stock before buying elsewhere. The ladies who work there are all pleasant and helpful - they make it known they're able to help, but are also happy to let you browse.
S.Popped down to their warehouse store at the weekend for a look and bought a queen headboard. But when we got it home there was a pull in the fabric right in the middle. So my husband took it back and they happily replaced it and apologised.
Nice warehouse and nice friendly staff but maybe need to signpost the entrance a bit clearer as we weren't sure which door to enter. But they are fairly new so i understand. 😊
J.5* service from these guys. Having just turned up in New Zealand from the UK on the Thursday and bagging myself a brand new lush unfurnished apartment I was kinda left wondering where the hell to get some decent furniture so a Quick Google search came up with these guys just down the road. We was a bit sceptical at first when we pulled up out the front thinking it must have just been a trade warehouse, but i ushered my girlfriend in the front door to find a small showroom this however was not a problem as we soon found out they had an upstairs area aswell with plenty on display.
The young (ish) guy who works there came threw the door from the warehouse with a big smile on his face and was nothing but helpful threwout the whole time we was there.
The particular sofa we had seen online wasnt on display but this wasnt a problem as he led us to the storage area and opened one up off the shelf especially for us to check out.
He was very noligable about the products they had on sale and helped us decide on a bed and mattress combo. Next thing was bed side tables, TV unit, and coffee table which he suggested a good matching range to me which was just what I was after.
Then came to paying to which he gave us a bit of discount as we'd purchased quite alot but couldn't believe we'd managed to kit out our whole apartment with brand new furniture for $1500 he even then let us leave the stuff there to decide if we wanted to have their delivery or see if we could sort out our own.
Threwout the whole of our time there there was no hard sale and we was made to feel most welcome even gave me good advice on where to get a good deal on TV systems.
Thankyou once again TSB living I shall defiantly be returning and shall be recommending to everyone keep up the good work.

L.You get what you pay for. Cheap prices = cheaply made furniture. Customer service in the showroom is great but warehouse customer service isn’t great.

A.Has some good bargains and interesting products. This shop has grown from Trade me and is a showroom for their furniture etc. We went to see a bed, saw a better one and upgraded the mattress also. It's nice to see before you buy.

T.Ordered 2 x garden beds that arrived in a couple of days. Errecting them together was very easy and straight forward. Cheaper than any other beds we have purchased or seen these are perfect for growing our veg in.
H.I ordered a cat tree online which I collected from the East Tamaki location. The customer service was quick, professional and easy. The cat tree was very high quality and reasonibly priced. Definitly will use TSB again something arises that they stock.
P.Ordered some barn door hardware with soft closing option (2m) which looks smart and works well.
Was a little tricky to put up though as the wall lugs that come with it are terrible, but nothing a quick trip to the hardware store didn't fix.
Got some heavy duty ones as there was no lintel above our door frame.
Am happy enough that I'm going to order 2 more.
Service was great and was delivered within 5 working days.
