The delivery service was great! The driver communicated several times to advise of delivery time, and then when he arrived, he helped us carry the sofa bed inside, and unpacked it, set it up for us. Really friendly and efficient service. We are happy with the sofa bed too!

Happy with the end Product ( Queen size bed - Sleep Max Pocket Coil ) Not happy instore they quoted $65 delivery fee, jumped online and it was just $49 - go figure who is clipping the ticket! The delivery driver was awesome - so polite, chatty and friendly. Would deal with this crowd again - but I suggest you purchase Online. Absolute Minimum contact from Store to Customer. I was the one calling them because I was not kept proactively up to date by the store - Customer Service should NOT be like this!! :(

We searched the whole of Whangarei and settled on a Slumberzone king size bed from Beds 4 U Whangarei. The service was very good with no pressure on us to buy as we tried their showroom selection. We selected the bed that suited us. The delivery time was 2 weeks which was acceptable to us. We bought latex pillows as well. We would have appreciated knowing that there was a range of softness to chose from. The latex pillow supplied was too firm for my wife. The bed was delivered on time. The driver was very helpful moving our new bed into our bedroom for me to assemble later. My only concern was the difficulty we experiened fitting the headboard to the split bases. It was necessary to clamp the bases together with a tie down strap to get the bolt holes to align with the headboard bolt slots. Our experience was very positive overall. Highly recommended business for value and service.

Very helpful staff and prompt delivery with free of charge Great Mattress super comfortable. The only thing didn't like about it was not many range of options to try in store so if u want something else on their website the waiting time is quite long. But other than that, their price is reasonable and service was great. Definitely will come back for the next one. Thanks.
