We have been very happy with our installation of Shadowspec SU6 DUO's, both due to the quality of the product, as well as the excellent support provided by the Shadowspec team during the specification, purchase, and installation process. I appreciated the frequent updates throughout the process, including shipping from New Zealand to Southern California. The few questions we had during installation (we chose the in-ground method) received quick solutions from the Shadowspec team and they have been rock solid since. With 12 umbrellas installed in a semi-public space, these have maintained 100% function while being operated by users with no training (they are incredibly easy to raise/lower). This umbrella system is very well made, and in the 18+ months of continuous use so far (with greater use of our outdoor venue due to COVID) is still in perfect condition. I would recommend a Shadowspec solution to anyone requiring a robust and professional outdoor umbrella solution.

We ordered two SU3 wall mounted umbrellas, with an extra wall bracket, so I can use the umbrella in two different situations. They arrived quickly, were beautifully packaged with very clear instructions on how to deploy them. I was able to install them very easily, and they look exactly right for our use of them. They pack away unobtrusively when not deployed, see picture. Very impressed with the product, delivery, and clear communications from the company. Would definitely buy from them again.

We recently purchased a Serenity 3.0m2 outdoor umbrella with free-standing base and all the bells and whistles (LED lighting etc) from Shadowspec. We had undertaken a lot of research on alternative products and while Shadowspec weren't the cheapest, we decided that they definitely had the best product. We could not be happier with our purchase, the service from Shadowspec was outstanding and the umbrella was easy to install and looks fantastic. They are also made in NZ. We would highly recommend Shadowspec and will be purchasing from them again in the future.

We had only positive experiences when dealing with all the staff at Shadowspec beginning when searching on line, a quick response from Regan. our sales person, who answered the many, many questions we had appropriately, competently and confidently. We were drawn to being made in Aotearoa and suitability to our weather conditions. Then our AMAZING umbrella arrived. We use it so often, it has enhanced our outdoor area beautifully. I would highly recommend Shadowspec, I conducted a lot of time researching for a high quality product, I certainly got this with Shadow spec, along with exceptional service from all the team. Shadowspec carry stock which meant I had delivery within the week. I installed the umbrella myself and was provided with instructions which made this very straight forward. The umbrella it's self was already assembled and once the ground work had been completed it was a straight forward process. I've been using the umbrella now for a couple of weeks, with the gas assist strut, ease of putting up, effectively one finger is required. I'm sure with the quality and along with how good it looks that I'll get years of shade from the hot QLD sun. It would be nice to see them develop the light/app further, I'd like to see the ability to warm the light, currently a cool option only.

We purchased a shadow spec cantilever umbrella to go over our sap pool, the quality and function is second to none with easy operation even my wife can manage. Construction is made to last and has stable function to provide shade when and where we need it. The LED light is a great extra especially in the evening and night time use.
