I just came off the phone with one of your employees who is the long-term barista there (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!) She is a star and you are so lucky to have her working for your Z cafe and I sincerely hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I normally never write reviews like this and I’m so glad I had the chance to speak with her today. She nearly brought me to tears with how kind and understanding she was and she did everything in her power to make things easier for me. She deserves more than a pat on her back for her service today. I would say a Christmas bonus is more than deserved! She’s certainly put a smile on my face during the lockdown and I hope you as a company reward her and give her an awesome promotion in return! I really can’t praise her enough.
