The BP Papanui have amazing staff. Staff member Danielle was very helpful, polite and great customer skills. An elderly lady needed her gas put in for her and Danielle was so polite to her. Danielle served customer's and then promptly ran outside and did forecourt concierge for the lady. Another staff member came out from behind the counter to explain the hot food cabinet. I really appreciated how helpful the staff here are. Keep up the great work guys.

Lovely friendly helpful attendant, who was cheerful and polite was very quick and efficient in dealing with our needs. For the first time in forever ( hear the touch of music there?), she saw the can of oil I bought and seeing what an old geezer I am, asked if they could help me put it in the car? Well done.

Good friendly service. Easy to deal with. They had a good selection of trailers at different sizes and prices. The car wash is pretty good and does a decent job but the food and coffee definitely needs improvement!

Just got a coffee from BP papanui. barista made, and very good. We'll done on your coffees 👍 I'd say their staff are friendly and polite, but that is the norm for this station :-)

I don't tend to use this gas station because it gets so busy on Papanui Road I tend to keep going. On the occasions I hv stopped and filled up with gas all the service has been very good. They stock everything you may need albeit more expensive than the supermarkets. For convenience it is nonetheless very handy and can most definitely be quick to stop and go.

It’s alright, but pricey. And the staff are pushy about being helpful, I appreciate the effort for good service but it felt really pushy and annoying the insistence on him pumping my petrol for me.
