Had been filling my gas bottles here for 8 years. I went back last week to top up a half used gas bottle on a rental campervan - asked price and got told, but when I went to pay they rounded it up to minimum charge of $15, that was a 25% extra rip off. Do they do this to all “tourists” in campervans who have to top up gas bottles before returning them on the assumption they won’t be coming back anyway?

Caltex was always our favourite in NZ. Staff consistently the nicest and they’ll do partial fills of gas canisters instead of requiring a swap. Thumbs up.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Regarding the review below - I didn't find the staff rude at all. Edit Dec 2020 ⭐⭐⭐ closed at 10pm when it states on Google maps that its open til 11pm
