Good place clean and tidy enjoyed filling up. Grabbed ice for the road pumped up tyres. Lots of space staff helpful. Try the car wash so neat and coffee really good.

Pay at pump, no queues, maybe a tad more expensive than the others in the area, but the convenience makes up for it. There is a maccas next door if you feel like a Mac attack, and the z coffee isn't too bad.

I messed up my card payment at the pump terminal and had to move off the pump to allow others access. I parked and popped into the reception to explain in case there was a further problem. The quick understanding of the lady at reception was fantastic. Her friendliness and helpfulness was wonderful. Result, she showed me how access another pump not readily available at the time due to some construction work and fixed it so I was able to fill up and pay with absolutely no difficulty. A1 Plus service and beyond. It was all my fault and what could have been a very frustrating experience due to my own errors turned out to be a most pleasant experience Thank you Z - Pukete, very very much indeed. 👍😊

Filled up here with fuel 10.15am. An amazing lady helped me out with the prepay system that was giving me trouble and said for me to keep warm in the car whilst she filled up. This lady was absolutely lovely. Thank you for your help.

Poor stressed solo staff member dealing with the Fuel points system being down. Her initial response was one of defense until I explained that I knew this was not her fault, she then relaxed. Z should have had 2 staff members on, as we were still early evening after work hours and it was pretty busy with the app being down on top of that.

Pre ordered a coffee frappe. took a sip while driving and it was chocolate even though they said yep coffee frappe. Few months ago now but I ordered a drive thru car wash and vac the lady gave me 2 car wash tickets then was going to charge me when I went to get a vac one. She printed a vac one with no charge when I said I'm not paying anything else because I paid for wash and vac

Why am I reviewing a gas station? Well these guys dont treat me like a criminal suspect that has to prepay before fueling. Oh and the staff at Z stations appear on the forecourt more often than competitors and always offer help. I'm happy filling up myself but they have offered a winscreen wash while I'm doing it. Sweet.

Was driving from Rotoroua to Waitamo and then to Auckland, we were short of petrol. Since we have been to waiting caves and returning and we hardly find petrol stations due to country side and roads side. We have to detour and then reached this station. Staff were very useful and mini market was good
