C. L. B.Petrol at a good price. I mainly go to the Havelock North BP. Staff are awesome ,very friendly it's only small .Sandwiches /cakes all home made by one of the staff. Toilets available. Haven't tried the coffee yet. It's easy to get to on a main road at the back of Havelock village.

S. V.Stopped for fuel with a very upset baby and who I was holding while I tried to fill up my car. One of the lovely staff members dashed over and offered to pump my gas for me - such a small gesture but so helpful for a new mum. Very grateful and will make sure this is my new regular fuel stop.
W. T. M.Went in around 7:50 Thursday night on the 23/12/2021, was served by a man who had the best customer service I’ve ever had from a service station. He looked genuinely happy to serve me which was really nice considering the busy week.

Have been three years now in Hawkes Bay, live locally; by far this service station has been the best. From the moment you arrive, the attendee very politely provides the service and always ensures if you need any other help and gives their expert advice if they see its needed. The engagement of their customer service gets better at the garage, counter and barista. Keep up and thank you
