I always have to ask for help putting petrol in because I am using crutches. Also got oil and water checked. Asked for window scrub but didn't get that done. Always smiley people inside No helpers outside tho, I had to ask inside shop. I always go to Z because they help me out. Asked me to scan Flybuys for points or cash off purchases.

Handy location, great and quick service. This is a busy location on the high street and was great to see 2 staff served at both counters so there was no wait.

Always get the best Butterscotch Mocha's here. The pies and chicken tendies are mean as too. Self service gas pumps are a plus for the socially anxious. 10/10.

Good, efficient, prompt service from courteous staff makes a world of difference to customers. Happy to visit again here and other Z-stations because of their well-trained, well-mannered staff. In general staff do not allow themselves to be distracted by their own needs or inattentiveness when customers are transacting, ie. they are totally professional, which is more than I can say for some BP stations. All this when Z-staff has to operate in one of the busiest stations in the Hutt, so kudos to them.

An excellent Z station. The kind Indian lady refueled my car and helped me top up the air in my tyres. I also paid for a car wash which did a nice job. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Don't forget to take in your New World receipt to get 6c off per litre.
