Customer service and always very friendly helpful team to deal with......What a lovely elegant and graceful Manager with exceptional skills always above. and beyond the norm....what a genius this manager is and up to challenge put in front of her always handles herself. In a noble. and ethical way with energy and a lovely manner..
Above all she is. alert clever. and very quick witted with extraordinary intelligence not to mention her personality

J. S.Mobil Matamata forecourt area was very neat & tidy when I went to fill my car, had nice promotions as compared to other fuel stations. Toilets were cleaned. Staff is cooperative and polite, Jasjote gave me an update on the smiles card and offered me some deals smilingly.

L. P.Friendly staff, great service, they will pump your petrol for you if there’s extra staff. Another thing is they actually keep the toilets clean, usually petrol stations are decent anyways for public rest rooms, but this was by far the cleanest ones I’ve been to. I always fill up my gas here every time I pass by Matamata.
a. p.Welcomed with a smile and a hello every time the staff are friendly the place is tidy best of all I got shown how to do my smiles card on my phone and how it all works by sharan and told me if I need help just pop on in and I will or the rest of our staff will be happy to help .
