C. K.I went in for some small items, no gas on the 17.07. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Especially the lady working on the coffee machines that day. It was the best mocha I drank in a long time and she actually put alot of chocolate in there to make it so excellent. Even the marshmallows... a dream. That lady knows what she's doing. Great customer service and super energetic. Made my day 😀😃

I'm a regular visitor and never fail to hear a cheerful hello or good morning evertime. Keep up the solid service it makes the difference!

M. b.To the lady working at the Z petrol station Napier this morning, I felt really sorry for her, The only staff member at the station with lots of coffee's to make and a long line of customers she managed to be polite and courteous despite what looked like an overwhelming situation which she handled very well but no one person should be left in that situation. Hope she went home and had few well deserved beers ! 👍🍻
L. S.Great centrally located station, friendly, helpful staff. Also has great savings on gas prices just check signage. Accepts Flybuys, trailer hire, car wash and pies, coffee and anything else you might need.
J. P.I only stopped to air up my tires and did not go inside so have only rated 4 stars judging by the tidy forecourt and through flow of traffic to the carwash and people gassing up i would have to say that Kennedy Rd Service Station is a very popular Station .
