S. L.Paul at Pauatahanui Challenge gas and service station is the epitome of fantastic service! Was tootling around Grays road on the German stallion when things started getting squirrely. I knowed I had a puncture so headed towards the servo just a kay or two away to check it out. Rocked up at closing time (y'know that's how it is), but Paul was happy to pull out the air compressor and give the tire a pump up. On hands and knees, he diagnosed that the valve rubber (tubeless tire) had perished and the tire would not likely survive the ride to my castle 30 kays away. He opened up the garage so my steed could be parked safely until collection the next day, enquired about my destination (most likely ready to offer me a lift home no doubt :) ) and really displayed everything about what it is to be a real classy guy in the automotive service industry. A real pleasure to have met him. Highly recommended you go here for a service or just to say hello!
