w.staff do their best but are often unsupported by their bosses. bosses have the belief that all customers are responsible for their own service including checking trailers are 100 percent road worthy. always passing the buck. poor staff members.

R.I really like a petrol station where I can pay at the pump. This one has a big roomy forecourt and bilingual instructions at the pumps.
S.staff generally smoking on the footpath, but usually slightly cheaper than comparison to BP
D.According to Google I visited. But in reality I moved under one of its awnings to get out of the rain.
I was much less wet so 5/5.
