Number 1 local gas station...well it's the only gas station on this side of Russell so yeah...nice pies when they're nice & hot! Nice & friendly local staff! Has a tyre pump to pump those flat tyres up. Peak holiday seasons like Christmas times are busy (often chaotic) times so it pays to get in early before the mad rush! Other than the petrol bowser pump back in Russell town on the waterfront wharf; the next nearest gas station is either in Kawakawa or Paihia ~ so if you're heading out the coast to Rawhiti or Bland Bay, make sure to fill your spare gas tanks & fill ya dive bottles; stock up on last minute tackle n' bait; munchies & all the other necessities as this is the last pit stop before leaving town!

Only gasoline in Russell. Has LPG, fishing gear and bait, ice, clean, friendly owner. Slightly more expensive; cheaper that $25NZ round-trip on car ferry!
