D.Big easy access petrol station. Good place to stop, there is also a Burger King attached.
Updated December 29, 2021: another excellent experience here. Friendly staff and very easy place to pull in and refill both the car and passengers
F.Stopped for petrol and got hot chocolate and carrot cake. Cake was super delicious. That staff that made it was very friendly and knows how to make a delicious awesome hot chocolate. Thanks 😊
C.They have most things you'd look for in a gas station. Handy to the main road. Good sized forecourt. Decent toilets.
R.Standard gas station but sadly the air was not working to pump tyres. All the usual stock inside.

A.The staff here are awesome, the pies are very hot (still warm when we got to the top of whakapapa.) And the shelves are well stocked.

Very busy place as it's on a very busy Main highway

E.We stopped by on 28/10/19 after a long weekend. Amazing service - like how it used to be. We popped the bonnet on pull up and a man appeared from no where and started to check the oil and water and fill my car. My partner walked in to a cashier singing and happy. It was refreshing after a long trip to get such great service. Thank you and see you again when we travel.

C.Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.

D.This is a big service station and the shop here has everything you will need for your journey. The staff are friendly. Expect to have a bit of a wait. Given the location this is the only major service station for ages, so there's usually queues of cars here. Burger King attached which can be a bonus if you want some quick hot food
D.Warm and cosy cafeteria, a selection of cabinet food. Good barista served coffee.
However toilet facilities not up to usual standard.
T.Good service. Shelves pretty well depleted given easter weekend and charged the earth for bread and milk.
B.Convenient petrol station. Great for those people traveling long distances. However its bathrooms always need a bit of a clean - there is always water on the floor from the hand dryers, and small bits of toilet paper on the floor.
However, they do have good kiwi pies. And we love the Z ethos of being owned by the NZ super fund.
And I live the pay at pump.

D.Always a good place to refuel car and body
a.Great service. We had a loose wiper blade. They obligingly gave us the cable ties and scissors to make the repair, free of charge.
M.Can be busy in holiday times but lots of parking and services there is a Burger King attached and new world just over the car park. Friendly staff and clean toilets.

A.Clean and a great place to have a quick bite to eat, yummy coffee. Service fast and staff pleasant. Managed to buy my lottery ticket there too!
A.Convenient fuel station for anyone travelling to or through Taupo. Also has a Burger King Restaurant next door for those hungry travellers. And a New World Supermarket in the same carpark area.
A.Stopped here for a mid-roady, medium-roast caffeinated drink. Barista made a stunner vanilla cappuccino. Fuel seemed to work. 11/10 would roady again.
D.When you need the bathroom.... And the bathroom needs a clean... That stall was out of order last visit too

T.A welcome stop when heading north after the Desert Road. Burger King is in the ajoining building. Turangi is a nice spot to stop for a break. Supermarket and Fish&chip shop not to far away.

w.everytime I travel from aucks to palmy or palmy to aucks... There is a high chance I will be stopping in here. staff is polite and there is a burgerking connected to this petrol station
L.Great service and it copes with the high traffic flow well. It's positioned perfectly just off the highway for a quick fuel stop.

G.Turangi Z is one of the better Zs in the North Island with a large forecourt and fresh food. It's also the home of Jack a top bloke on the front line helping customers.

M.Wonderful staff l was treated with respect. Forecourt man Jack was so smiley and helpful. Veronica at the counter was lovely and went out of her way to help me download flybuys on phone. Coffee lady (sorry l didnt get her name) made a great coffee 10.out of 10. Service was perfect. I hope the owners of Z Turangi realise what great staff they have and treat them well
