Great service, good selection at cafe area,clean rest room,only thing is if you pay at the pump their is no fly buys(Rats) So go in and pay if you want fly buys other than that it's a pretty good quick stop

Excellent workers very friendly and I remember not having money in my card for 10 gasmy card declined and the manager offered to pay but I declined her offer and ask her that I will pay it back the next day so thank you again I manage to get my wife to work in Edgecumbe.

Excellent customer service, and lovely staff although every time I've gone they've already run out of vegetarian/vegan pies! It's currently 6.30am and I can see there were pepper shroom pies but they are now totally out. It seems there are more vegetarians (or pepper shroom pie fans) in Whakatane than Z imagine. I'd reccomend increasing the vege options/making more pepper shroom pies :)

Definitely a 5* rating and yes they have bad days like any other business with the amount of customers that pump through that place I think the staff do an amazing job having to put up with difficult (that's putting it nicely) customers, good on you staff at Z 👍

Like all the other Z gas stations I go to, awesome service inside and outside. At an intersection but easy access coming off Domain road, just be careful accessing from King Street. Loads of parking and separate garage service next door (not related). They sell a nice selection of food and coffees. They are opposite another gas station (Gull?), dairy/shop and gym.

Good.... You don't get the assistance at garages anymore so great to see someone come an offer to fill your car or wotsnots and as they are situated straight across from Gull, prices are always on the competitive with them... 😂

Ahh just absolutly love Z gas station, pay at pump makes it so much faster to get in and get out, no having to wait in line inside & its so easy to use, good petrol doscounts when using yoyr flybuys card, Friendly staff service in store prompt service, Ive only had the hot choc from the cafe and it was absolutly delicious highly reccomend for those cold mornings or afternoons. Hardly ever see forecourt concierge out but i dont mind i can pump my own gas. I paid for a $14 car wash and there was still dirt on the car so uhh not that effective lol. All in all I prefer to gas up at Z then anyothers around town.
