Many thanks to the team at caltex today the cashier not sure of his name but he used my discount of 70c off per ltr accidentally on someone else I'm not sure how he managed this but he was quick to say sorry and offered to pay the difference I said it was OK but then realized I had no extra cash on me so I had to go with it the other lady offered me a free coffee and pie so I would like to say thank you to them for being nice and making me feel better after loosing out 30 odd dollars great work team and thank you again

Very hand and easy place to stop there on way to Whangarei!! Good service in the shop. Self service for fuel. Plenty of room to get in under the roof to fill up when raining.

Love the takeaways, great value for money. The angus burger & cheese burger are massive & tasty, very delicious. Around 4 to 6$ cheaper than other places around. Takeaways available till mid evening on a Friday which works great for me as a truck driver. The coffee great too. Staff are friendly and helpful, I well recommend a stop here

I used to go here regularly while living in the nearby areas . Always been greeted by friendly staff . Always been thoroughly looked after , and a good experience had . Amenities are to the side of the store , and they also have a mechanic workshop right next door . Gets tricky to enter and leave sometimes due to traffic on the main state highway but if you're careful it is fine. Can be very full at times . Is not a 24hr store . Closed around 6pm .

Good stopping point on the road north. Good toilets and varity of food including fruit. Close to the only NZ oil refinery so. Does this make the petrol fresh ? Caltex has good discounts which we used.
