Great place to stop and shop, especially if you're passing through to the beach place and have forgotten 1 or 2 items. The store has more than an average gas station. The staff always seem to be happy and definitely friendly.

A good country gas station with prepay petrol and a small variety goods area inside. Staff are friendly, helpful with local knowledge to share with visitors. Fluctuating petrol prices. You have to pump your own gas so if this is a problem for you then go elsewhere.

Open 6am-6pm every day, fuel prices usually less than 10c higher compared to town, and a good selection of corner dairy staples to save from having to go all the way into town for milk & bread.

I stopping at this GAS STATION to get an ice cream as I was on my way to take a friend back to DARGAVILLE ....which is about an hrs drive from WHANGAREI.....YES,this is a lovely little gas station in Maungatapere. A cute little countryside gas station 🤗🤗. Did not stay here long enough to get a snack and off to DARGAVILLE....so people if you are going to travel to this way to Maungatapere call in as its a cute place to explore.....Rangi Young 🤗😏🙄😚.
