J. S.Arrowtown golf club probably best represents value for money golf in the region when compared to jacks, millbrook or the hills. At only $40 for walking (although they do offer a cart if you want) it’s a great local course. It’s narrow and the greens are small but they reward good strokeplay. Tidy little clubhouse offering basic sandwiches and snacks. Highly recommend

W. -.In this former gold-mining area, now renowned for its rich vein of glittering championship courses (Millbrook, The Hills and Jack's Point to name but three) Arrowtown Golf Club is a true nugget. Set in rolling hills on the outskirts of town, this challenging and thoroughly absorbing layout occupies rugged, moorland-style terrain. With ever-present views of the Remarkables and Coronet Peak mountain ranges, you will need your A-game to hit the tight slivers of fairway.
