I really appreciated that they went out of their way (without asking) to pick up a set of clubs from another branch so I was able to compare different sets at one location.
They always go above and beyond what's needed, creating a relaxed environment when trying out clubs and never rushing you to purchase.

Very happy with the club and the insightful information he provided me about the club and its performance. M.Mitchell Coombs looked after me so well from initial enquiry - listening well and formulated a likely solution. Then the trial of clubs he recommended was fun and relaxed. The practice facility is superb with great feedback. Mitch explained a bunch of good stuff that was encouraging and helpful. Patient and attentive and his answers were all sincere and have proven to be correct since. So highly recommend that he knows his stuff, found a good solution and very happy with money spent. Thank you Mitch.
D.Always a pleasure going into Albany store. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Definitely better then Newton and Takapuna were you seldom get looked at and get the feeling of being rushed, hence the reason I will only shop at Albany.

G.Mitch and the rest of the team were brilliant. I brought a new driver off them and never felt rushed while in the range testing it and was so impressed with the level of service I returned 2 weeks later and brought a set of p790s.
I went thru almost every iron to find the ones that suited me best and again never felt rushed or pressured into the sale.
I think the newton branch could learn from these guys as when I first went into the city branch I was never even given a second look or spoken too in the half hour I walked around the store.
Cheers Albany team, from a retail business operator I could not have been more impressed.
