OK. Carpet was wet, bed uncomfortable with no mattress cover. TV remote broken and I couldn't be sure the bath was clean enough to use 🤔. Spacious though.

Clean and tidy close 5min to Botany Downs shopping center ,bars,restaurants ect.Backs onto the Pakaranga Golf course with lovely views over the course from your own private deck and is another of the few pet friendly places in Auckland .This is why they get four stars from me and Benji
