Got my Electric Powerkaddy looked at after pulling right while using on golf course. Serviced very quickly with no need to buy new wheels. Thanks it worked a treat on when playing yesterday.

I've had 2 recent visits to see Vladimir about my trundler. The first was last week when the speed regulator went haywire. Vladimir fixed it on the spot by replacing a small battery in the handle. Great! Then this week I took it in as the column was getting wobbly. Again, Vladimir fixed it there and then by putting in a series of new pop rivets. Both services were very well priced and his customer service is excellent. I would recommend Vladimir to anyone needing their trundler serviced.

I took my electric trundler in for a repair under warranty. Which Vladimir completed while I waited but also took time to share a couple of tips with me to help extend the life of the trundler. All delivered with a sense that nothing’s too much trouble. It’s rare to find such high quality service these days so when you do it definitely stands out. Golf Warehouse is fortunate to have Vladimir on staff. Thanks Vladimir.

My Cart connection to the battery and start stop switch were playing up As I have a Tournament coming up having a faulty cart was not an option. I dropped in at Albany Golf Warehouse expecting to have to leave my cart there until it was repaired. .To my delight Vlad serviced my cart giving it a thorough overhaul while I waited and offered some maintenance advice. Excellent customer service which way exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated not having to come back on another day.

Perfect service! Vlad was very friendly, fast and professional. He took time to explain how to use correctly the Trundler and was nice enough to replace the bottle holder that boke twice in a few weeks. Really nice guy! I would absolutely recommend his service!

The person being helped by Vlad before me whispered “he’s very good”. Well, he’s better than good - he’s fantastic. I have an old electric powakaddy which he managed to revive. He is so efficient and polite, I have no problem highly recommending him.

I took my motorised trundler into Gold Warehouse because of trouble I was having ..... 1. Wouldn't be stationary on Park. 2. The speed control was erratic. 3. Just wasn't running well. Vlad explained to me the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix because it was 7 months out of warranty. In the afternoon I received a message that the trundler was ready to be picked up. What service!
