こ.Nice view and good golf course!!🙂 I love it!!
J.It’s hard to argue that this is not a pretty golf course. The website feels like you’ll see cliff edges and water every second hole, you won’t but the glimpses of water you do see are special. The course is very hilly so it wears you down, you’ll need to be on your game. It’s a little expensive to be honest as other local courses are half the price and offer a lot more shots on a flat surface. The hand trolleys are so old and the straps are broken, you’ll need to bring a bungee cord but they are free so you can’t really complain.
S.As good as it can be except that the course is too indulating (no fault of the course) for my crooked knees without buggy.
Course is well kept, great sea view on several holes. Hole 10 is a bit messy with shots mixing with balls from driving range into the fairway. If only there is a net at the end of the driving range, such problem would be minimised.

And so wish the building on the point would be turned into a cafe / restaurant / wedding venue as it's the most beautiful location and so under utilised!!

B.This is one of the most picturesque places to play golf. The course offers a good challenge for the golfer and is in great shape. In addition the undulating terrain gives a nice amount of exercise without being too strenuous.
J.A very nice course with beautiful scenery looking out across the sea towards Waiheke Motutapu with Coromandel in the background as well as the Auckland harbour. As it's a miniature peninsula it is exposed to the weather especially winds which means you need to be focused when putting. The course is well kept and the greens are consistent and fast compared to public courses so you need to adjust your putting accordingly. Some of the pars are hilly along with the stock standard pine like trees if you like using them to ricochet your tee shots off if that's your strategy! There is the odd well placed ponds which look real nice but not so good if your ball has an affinity for them. The club house is standard and again overlooks the beautiful scenery. They serve up several brands of beer which should cater to most which is always a welcome thirst quencher after a hot and solid round. ~$40 for a round which is nominal and a 'not so bad' price considering what this course has to offer. The club members I played with state that it's a great club to be a part of along with the camaraderie and plenty of competitions to keep one's 'gamesmanship', interest and handicap true.

A.Nice public golf course, well maintained, some challenging holes, others a little more straightforward. Good practice areas, chipping, green and nets, no driving range.
M.Greens are getting better and better. Great to see them starting to take more turn and make reading the putt more challenging.
P.One of the nicest courses I have played. The peninsular has four outer perimeter holes (especially the 16th and 17th) with amazing clifftop views. One wrong shot and kiss that ball goodbye!

S.Howick Golf Club rated 3-1/2 stars: Fabulously perched on the very tip of Musick Point, which juts out into the Tamaki Strait, Howick enjoys a very special location, offering many memorable views. This well-presented and relatively open parkland golf course contains plenty of elevation change from start to finish.

M.I got very good experience of walk up to golf from car park, very nice sunset/sunrise.
L.(Translated) It’s a beautiful course, but it’s a pity that when I went there in 2014, I could only rent a set without cue sticks, and I didn’t play very well at that time! Didn't enjoy it, but the motel facing the sea next to the stadium is very comfortable!
