A.Josh @ The Clubroom made my purchase today so straight forward and custom fitted my club for me that I will be recommending more people to go there. Great parking too.
S.Purchased the Cobra putter today from James. He helped me out with my stance and stroke. Superb service as usual. These guys do not just sell you a club, they provide the tools to help you improve your game. If you want the best gear and best help go to the Clubroom.
A.I recently took my grandson to The Clubroom Newton Gully to purchase a driver and possibly a 3 wood. Although he is a junior he was treated with the same professionalism and attention to detail a senior player would anticipate buying a full set of clubs. After testing 3 different brands it was decided a Ping Driver with several adjustments was most appropriate for his swing. Because Zoom at school beckoned we returned the following morning at 8.00am - they open early - and after the same process it was decided a 5 wood was more appropriate to his age and strength. We were served by James and Fraser, both demonstrated a deep understanding of the game and a high level of knowledge of the golf clubs they stock with all their various permutations and combinations. These were relentlessly tried until the best result was achieved. Joel is thrilled with his greater distance and increased accuracy.

A very detailed analysis of current swing and equipment and a map of what my ambitions were.
Super impressed with the granular approach, walking out with a great set of clubs ordered to my ideal spec.

B.I recently purchased a full set of clubs from The Clubroom, Albany. I went with no preconceived ideas, just that I would let technology choose the right clubs for me. Hayden took me through the process and I hit a lot of golf balls. I was really impressed with Hayden’s relaxed professionalism and the choice of clubs we made. Titliest woods and hybrids, Cobra Rad Speed irons and Volkey wedges all with graphite shafts. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend any golfer wanting to upgrade a club or clubs to go and have a talk to the guys at The Clubroom.

S.Josh was very helpful during the fitting process. I'm very happy with the fitting being able to try different clubs and see the stats. David and Josh were all very friendly.
However, ordered the King Tour Copper irons on 13th March, still haven't received them yet (originally said roughly a week, then 10-15 business days advised by the supplier, now being over a month). Have called multiple times, each time was advised the next or the next couple of days. I understand this is out of your control, but probably prefer a bit more definitive answer, rather than over-promising. An update would have been nice, rather than myself constantly chasing up.
Overall, good service, friendly staff, but a long wait in my case.

N.The clubroom is the only place to shop for your golfing needs! I’ve made the mistake of shopping across the road at golf warehouse before. This was an expensive mistake. Sure they have quality equipment but the customisation process and advice you get is nothing in comparison to what you get at here. The clubroom fitted me into my limited edition Titleist T200 black irons. David and his team set me up with everything I needed and gave me some free pointers to help improve my game. It’s the first time that I was able to see my finer points to my game. Swing speed/ball speed etc... I just wanted to say thanks for the extra effort that went into looking after me!
R.First off, I'm not sure why anyone would even bother going anywhere else for their golf gear other than The Clubroom.
If you're on the look out for a new set of clubs or even just a club, the name says it all. These guys will get you swinging clubs and find you the best set that suits you. They always have your game in mind and don't try and upsell you something just to milk you of your money.
You could go across the road to Golf Warehouse for an average experience if you just like getting handed off the shelf clubs.. or you could go to the Club Room and get custom fitted clubs, shafts, grips and also land yourself a deal.
I have purchased a few things from The Clubroom now and every time the level of service has been exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure that you get the best experience possible and will go the extra mile just to make sure you're happy with what ever you buy.
Very knowledgeable and friendly team.
Hopefully this review is enough to convince you that Golf Warehouse aint worth your time, just go and see the real guys at The Clubroom...
