Very good links course in ChCh. $30 green for affiliated members. Course was in good nick. Greens were pretty smooth and fairways are mint.

Only visit to the cafe. Well sign posted from the three different entrance points, although it should be made clear if customers can walk across the green to get to the cafe or have main entrance address on other two signs. Atmosphere could be improved by cafe style music. It is more like a pub then a cafe, but hey, all pubs wish to be cafes nowadays. The view is beautiful, though. Peaceful. Good coffee at $3.90 for small flat white

Amazing course. Have recently joined. Beautiful course and very well kept. Enjoy the open wide fairways. Only issue is it’s sometimes too popular but I guess that’s to be expected when it’s a great course.

Really enjoy the cafe here. Lovely to sit with friends and family and enjoy a coffee or lunch while looking out at lovely green lawns and the golfing activities. An easy place to have a chat without loud music drowning out your conversation. A regular go to place.

Might be bias because I'm a member, but this is the best course in Christchurch by far. Green staff are some of the best in the country. Both a forgiving and challenging, tees to suit all abilities and wicked club house. Would definitely recommend a round

Great golf club friendly and non hierarchical.I am not a member here but a warmly welcomed when I play here each Monday. Club is always in good condition as sand base drainage means there's never puddles or days off due to weather

What a wonderful course this is. Very fair yet challenging. Staff in both Pro shop and clubhouse very obliging

I recently had the pleasure of playing the course and using the bar/cafe facilities when returning to catch up , and do battle with old mates while briefly visiting Christchurch. The course is always in great condition with manicured fairways and slick, challenging greens but fair to all. It's a course that you have to think your way around and yes you will be punished if you take the wrong line or treat lightly the numerous well placed hazards. What stood out for me however was the friendly welcomes from members who I knew but also from some who I didn't know or recognise. The friendliness continued in the clubrooms after the game and it's a welcome change to see such a good turn out of members enjoying a few drinks, good coffee and a well stocked cabinet of yummy food. I will definitely return as often as I can and would recommend it highly to others.

Not a long course but challenges you to hit the fairway with quite a bit of water on the back nine now and plenty of wasteland and bunkers to catch the wayward shots. Good risk/ reward options on many of the new holes -especially the 18th if you are a big hitter.
