K.Great little course, with well maintained greens. Major negative with the guy in the office/bar. Everything is too much trouble for this gruff, curt, rude and unwelcoming guy.
If you are prepared to put up with NZ"s answer to Basil Fawlty you will enjoy Otaki if not like me play Levin or Waikanae instead.
P.Had a couple of games there a while ago. Good little course and the wind and conditions are always a challenge. Well kept and reasonable prices
M.The best 18 holes on the Kapiti Coast and the members are the friendliest that you'll find anywhere. Come and have a round this summer

H.Typical NZ country course. Always a challenge, especially in the wind and despite having lost many of its trees in recent years - good variety of holes, and well-maintained. Staff and members friendly and welcoming.

I.Hidden away from the main road this is well worth the drive through the town out into the farm land to a gem of a course that provides many interesting holes for its 18 hole links like course. Even though it was in the middle of the dry period the course watering made for an enjoyable round on the conditions prevailing. We choose to use their comfy carts but at under 6000 meters its a good walk. The first nine was challenge with the short par 5 first catching my partner out. We loved the mix of holes and the easy read of where to go for the next hole. Many tee cart tracks have been sealed so thank you Otaki for a most enjoyable experience.

J.This is a lovely place to stay.well appointed,quiet and well organized.lovely ladies to help you.and you can stay on grassed area.Only $15 per night and can use shower and toilet when the club house is open.Dont abuse their hospitality.
