Awesome service and views paired with delicious food made for an outstanding breakfast. We went for the omelette and french toast and both were winners! Definitely one of the top spots for brekkie in Queenstown. Price was about 50 bucks for the two mains and a coffee. We also added the avocado to the omelette and 2 poached eggs to the french toast. Good value

Been coming here for years now, and it has still yet to disappoint! Always a treat to finish a long hike with wonderful food and drinks at a great location.

Had coffee and a scone in their restaurant and I was awestruck with the breathtaking, 360-degree views of majestic mountains 🤩 it was amazing. Coffee was pretty good too and staff were friendly. But it’s really the view that’s worth your while ❤️ highly recommended!!

Great place for all occasions. Just pop up for coffee, great breakfast and lunch options, as well as dinners on Friday or Saturday. On summer there is Sunday Sessions with tacos and beers. The best part, is the great view of The Remarkables and Lake Tewa. A true gem.

One of the most picturesque golf courses in NZ it not the world. Practice facilities excellent (all range balls included). The rate is pricey at $250 but in line with other high quality courses in the area (like Millbrook). Best played early morning to avoid wind if you can. As a 10 handicap it's more entertaining off the blue tees and I think gives you a better experience.

I was taken out to Jack's point for lunch. Its located at the back of an estate with gorgeous mountain views. The restaurant is well spaced and from a photographers perspective would be amazing for any type of function. The food was full of flavour and the service was quick and attentive. I cannot recommend this place more and cannot wait to take friends back as soon as possible.

Such an amazing course. I played here in April, and i can say without doubt, this the best course I have ever played. So picturesque and serene, the views were incredible and unforgettable. Golf-wise, it is quite a challenging course. For high handicappers, I would suggest taking a few balls.

Amazing place! Restaurant open for non-members. Breathtaking view and awesome food. Many ducks visiting the lake walk right beside the table. So so adorable, my kid just love it.

Golf course is designed beautifully using the natural landscape to carve a golf course into the land. Played it two weeks after opting from the winter break and was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the condition the course was in. Challenging layout with each hole representing a different challenge. The carts are clean. My partner hired clubs which were near new ping i30s. You can get a lunch pack made for you in the clubhouse prior to the commencement of your round. Beautiful club house. Definitely a top 100 international golf Club

Came here when I'm on my way from Queenstown to te anau/ Milford sound. It is actually a golf club but everyone is welcome for their cafe. They have a very wonderful scenic there. You guys will definitely love it. The staff is really friendly and lovely. They have been so nice. I have ordered the coffee (even though I don't drink it, but the scene is too great). The coffee is great though. Lovely scene, lovely staff, good foods and drinks. Highly recommend when you on you way to Milford or the other way round

One of the best golf courses ive played in several years with fantastics views and fairways second to non like hitting off soft carpet. How this course ia set up you really nead to think on how you play your shots in positioning and how you attack the green and if the wind is blowing like it was when i played it, well makes it even more difficult but still enjoyable to play. They have really designed this course for any person from the occasional player right up to the person playing off scratch. I play off 10 and it was just fantastic and cant wait to play again as soon as i can as i live in sydney Australia. Staff and locals are great and the facilities are second to none. Just want to say thank you to you all and even wade the other person i teamed up with whilst i was there with my fiance who was my Caddy, wade was just a great bloke and will have great memories of that day as we were both in aww of this club and one you all need to put on your backet list. Hope you all enjoy this course as much as we all did

We were staying in Jack's Point for a night last week so we thought it would be a great chance to try this restaurant for lunch. We arrived and were greated very well and seated outside with a fabulous view. I had a delicious grilled fish amandine! Something strange was that I was given a different menu to my partner, the only difference was his menu had two dishes (pepperoni pizza and charcuterie board) that mine didn't and mine had a spelling mistake. In the third version of the mostly similar lunch menu was included in the drinks booklet and that particular menu happened to have everything the same but had fries which neither of our menus had. Not much of an issue but inconsistency via 3 slightly different lunch menus is not what I expect from a luxury golf restaurant and we brought this up with the waiter and he said that it was because one of them was the sharer menu. The toilets while we were there were not very well maintained with paper towels piled next to the sink in lieu of a dispenser and a lack of toilet paper in two of the cubicles. In regard to covid hygiene this was the only restaurant in central otago where our waiter did not wear a mask while indoors or while taking payment. Fair enough when he was serving outdoors unmasked as this is less of a risk.

Restaurant is so so, not recommended, as the food selection are limited, plus the dishes aren’t that good for a golf course, and coffee is terrible.! Golf course wise, it’s a great course, love the scene, Mountain View is amazing, a few holes has the lake view and you can see queenstown. Golf course is marked one of the best in Queenstown for its reason.

Quiet restaurant for brunch! Loved the eggs Benedict with asparagus. Food serving can be a little bigger. Menu for breakfast is also limited.

Amazing golf course and amazing service. Challenging golf course that has all the amenities Proshop: You can hire all the equipment you need here, however the selection of golf balls here is limited and can be pricey for golf balls. Clubs and equipment are in good condition and the staff are very helpful They will pack you a pre-packed lunch if you want / order and their customer service is amazing. Carts are in great condition. There is a little pit stop around hole 9 where you can grab some food, drinks and..... golf balls if you lose the 12 you have started with.. The Golf Course: The views are spectacular as you look towards Queenstown or to the mountains. Hit them straight and long. The greens when I played were fast so expect to lose a few balls. Signage isn't the best so try and get a course guide. You may also get distracted by skydivers and planes taking off which is a welcome change from looking for your 2nd ball off the tee The Clubhouse: They will make you a coffee pre-morning round for your caffeine hit Great place for a well deserved lunch (food and wine is great) Stick around on the deck for a post round beer. There's also clean showers / towels / toilets Getting there: Around 20 minutes drive from QTown centre (driving) Just keep in mind getting the bridge over Kawaru river might be slow if they're doing roadworks. (as well as the main road around the airport so take McBridge street if you need to get into side street and join back up Kawaru road after the airport entry) Blink and you'll also miss the entrance to Jacks point so keep alert.

My first visit to Jacks Point was absolutely amazing. Perfect weather, challenging golf course in fantastic condition and views that are second to none. I am such a fan of this course i played it twice in the week i stayed in Queenstown. An absolute must if you enjoy golf and i will not only be heading back as often as possible but also recommending Jacks Point to any golfer i speak to.

Amazing views and fantastic course layout and conditioning. Only negatives are that the course is a bit unforgiving especially if the wind picks up, and also pricey. Restaurant food was excellent although serving size could be a bit bigger for what they charge

Gorgeous location, nice food. We stopped here for breakfast when staying in the area. Breakfast until 11.30, cosy restaurant with a fire and a stunning view. Breakfast was nice, friendly service. The bacon was so crispy you could chip your way out of a jail cell with it!! But other than the inedible killer sharp bacon disc, breakfast was lovely.

Stunning location, really friendly staff, they were so happy to be there and it showed.. Food was excellent and the ambiance was laid back and comfortable .. I can't wait to return..

Had a beautiful lunch here after a long morning on the cycle trails. Food and wine was excellent, I had Bluff Oysters with salad and fries and my wife had Paua and home made pasta. Stunning views of the Remarkables from the restaurant. This would have been a 5 star review apart from the request for a tip on the bill. NZ is not a tipping culture, instead employees are paid and treated properly by their employers. Please let's not seen our culture eroded by unsavory foriegn practices.

Good restaurant serving quality comfort food with a beautiful backdrop of the lake & the golf course.

A bit surprised by the repetitive staff member about us arriving as a group without them knowing. Once would have been enough. Great outlook.

Wonderful atmosphere and environment. Indoor and outdoor sitting are available. Meals and drinks are all good. Facing a lake and golf area, really open and wide.

Club house has recently been refurbished and kitchen open again. Great place for lunch, staff friendly and helpful. Plenty to choose on the brunch menu, but could do more options on the pizzas. Golf course in great condition, will definitely be back.

Superb golfing experience with sensational scenery

The atmosphere here is tranquil. The selection of food is not too broad but very intentionally simplisitic. The views are out of this world. There is wheelchair acess. The staff are pleasant. The seating and decor makes you feel like you are in some old money mansion, seated by the fire drinking whiskey. I reccomend this to the lovers of wine, simple cuisine and those seeking an upper class scenic view of The Remarkables.

Stunning golf club! Came here for a Chardonnay on the deck in the sun looking at the mountains.

The clubhouse is the perfect setting for any occasion. A casual coffee, a wine in the sun, a more relaxed sit back or more formal dining- this place has it all. It is located in the most beautiful setting and the interior of the clubhouse itself is just gorgeous as well. A very relaxing place that always feels like a treat to be visiting. And the staff are fabulous too.

Recently had a family gathering at Jacks Point Restaurant. The atmosphere at this place was absolutely fab! The views are heavenly, food was to die for and the place is just so well put together. Will definitely be returning in Dec with my Husband!

Nice staff very accommodating despite the fact that we came early and they had two new staff on board.

Loved it here and thought prices were very reasonable for the food and service we received. We came here for breakfast - it wasn't crowded, staff very professional, coffees great and breakfast meals cooked perfectly! It's a small breakfast menu but excellent quality. And wonderful view of the lake as well.

Food and view were great, but had to wait an hour and a half for my beef to arrive as the waiter forgot to put in my order.

Great course with amazing views. Did take 5 hours to get round with carts. The course is cart compulsory. Great shop at the 10th and fantastic facilities. Has to be done at least once just so you can say you have played it.

Amazing course. If your a keen golfer you have to play here. Some very deceiving uphill shots. Trouble if you stray but course presentation excellent. Beautiful clubhouse and great meals.

This is a fantastic golf experience! Very good layout, wonderful view and a tough challange with cruel bunkers, lots of difference in altitude and strong winds! Very good training facility with free rangeballs. The only downside is they have small areas with obsticles that makes no sense and can be a bit annoying if you hit a good shot but get caught in those areas. But it is a one of the best golfcourses so PLAY if you have the opportunity!

Great food and service.

Where do I start, I went in for breakfast and ordered the feed me (a huge breakfast min 2 people) and chose the salmon and my god was it good, the views, food and service was fantastic. If you are ever in Queenstown and consider yourself a bruncher this is the place for you, it is a must try.

This would have to be one of the most picturesque golf courses I have ever played. Visited the Jack's point golf course whilst on a family golf trip with the boys. Everyone was blown away by the views and how awesome the course was! We are from Melbourne and have discussed flying back just to play this course! 👀

Wow, amazing course and the views were even better! Course was still coming round after it’s winter shutdown but can imagine that it would be in immaculate condition once the weather warms up and everything has had time to grown out. Tee boxes and fairways were great, however greens could have been slightly faster Was a little underwhelmed by the pro shop and its staff. Had a younger guy when I checked in before my round and was helpful (missed his name) However when I came back in after my round to buy a shirt with the jacks point logo, Dave, the older guy was in the shop. He barely greeted me and gave me a look as if I’d broken in or was going to steal the shop. At no stage did he offer any assistance or even ask how my round was (didn’t want to have a deep and meaningful with him but some hospitality wouldn’t have gone astray) Just didn’t give off a comfortable vibe you would expect and want at such an iconic golf course which you would think is there to cater for the tourists coming through. Didn’t ruin my day but just some constructive criticism I guess

Wonderful course, tough but playable. Very cold the day we played it (down to 2 degrees at times) but really enjoyed the challenge the course provides. Fireplace in the club house was fantastic afterwards!

Super beautiful place! I really love to sit and enjoy the view here. They open for breakfast & dinner. They only have Dinner on Friday. A booking must be done before you come.

Tough golf course with many interesting holes. It is best played in the morning as the wind really picks-up in the afternoon, making the course very hard to play. The views from the course are truly breathtaking.

We rode ebikes here from The Hilton, we were able to charge our batteries here while we ate. The staff are really friendly here the food is divine and the coffee is awesome, definitely worth a visit for a meal or just a coffee of drink.

One of the best golf courses in NZ. On a beautiful day it really is impressive with The Remarkables in the background and views across Lake Wakatipu

A beautiful spot. As qt locals we used to come here for lunch quite often but then it got REALLY expensive. So we don't go there anymore except for the occasional coffee.

Nice place with good view and also good food those who are hungry. Drinks is the most while eating and their own winery is additional advantage for the people.

3 stars because it is snobby. Beautiful designed place and in summer is a great place to hang out. Its expensive, but due to the clientele I'm not surprised. Diners arrive by helicopter here 'darling'.

The course lays a perfect compliment to the incredible scenery on offer in Queenstown. The lake facing holes is up there with the best stretch of Golf in New Zealand. Best track in Queenstown.

If you are not looking up at the stunning Remarkables mountain range, you are probably looking across the wide expanse of Lake Wakatipu - on many holes the stunning panoramas combine both lake and mountains - complementing and blending into the spectacular scenery, is a fabulous out-and-back layout, brilliantly designed by John Darby - with infinity greens backdropped by the lake - dry stone walls to drive over - always undulating, always dramatic and scenic - Jack's Point exudes an open and classically linksy character.

We ate the ceviche and the burrata and tomato salad to start, followed by the tempura blue cod as our main dish with the burnt meringue to share for dessert. The food was exquisite and world class. We have eaten at a number of Michelin star restaurants, including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Le Gaveoche, Hibiscus and Marcus, and the food here is certainly up there. The setting is casual and beautiful. We will certainly return.

(Translated) GRAND Golf Course Although a large construction site in front of the clubhouse somewhat dampens the joy at the start, just like the blocked 3rd hole, I have to say that this course is simply spectacular. Not only the view but also the layout of the space and the use of the area is just great. The maintenance status and the greens were also great. I had a great day of golf here. My personal # 1 in Queenstown (Original) GROSSARTIGER Golf Platz Obwohl eine grosse Baustelle vor dem Clubhaus die Freude am Start etwas dämpft, genau so wie das gesperrte 3. Loch, muss ich sagen, dass dieser Platz einfach spektakulär ist. Nicht nur die Aussicht sondern auch das Layout den Platzes und die Nutzung des Geländes ist einfach toll. Auch der Pflegezustang und die Grüns war super. Ich hatte einen tollen Golftag hier. Meine persönliche #1 in Queenstown
