Had an awesome time here, would have to say the best course ive played locally. Fairways were tidy and firm underfoot, which was great considering there was heavy rain within the week. Greens are fast but true, you drop shots here because of misreads. Bunkers were kept in good condition and were light and fluffy. By far the most serene experience ive had on a golf course in a while as your well away from any hustle and bustle, but also helps that your surroundings are postcard backdrops. Highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a casual hit or the competitive golfer.

Greenacres has a Golf Links feel about it with natural fairways and superb greens. Fairways arent watered as is the tradition on a classic links course. Lots of undulations on all the holes and of course wonderful views around the Estuary that surrounds this course. Good value green fees for an above average public course. Great friendly service. Only disappointment was the bar had closed at 6pm just before we completed our 18 holes and were looking forward to that cold beer at the 19th hole.

Great game of golf here today. Well laid out, great scenery. Fairways are dry as a bone this summer, but greens are in excellent condition. Excellent value. Will be joining for the rest of our stay here.

Played the 2nd day of the Taylor Timbers Waimea Open today in beautiful conditions albeit a little chilly. Course is in fantastic condition with the greens the best I've seen in 10 years. Hats off to the greenkeepers, keep them on, they're doing an awesome job. See you next year!!! 👍 👍
