After years of using my squarespace website as a purely informational platform, like much of the world, I needed to update everything so that I could operate my corrective exercise business online. For me, that meant a total facelift to my site that needed to include membership areas, scheduling system, online payments, online video library, SEO management, email campaigns, and more, to all be integrated together. I knew it was all far beyond my ability so I was very fortunate to find Jacqui through Unicorn Factory. Jacqui was incredibly patient with me as she took the time to understand my vision. She helped to problem solve making my new website not only look amazing but also function so my clients could easily navigate it. Jacqui was very organized and great at communicating during the entire process. She had the project completed around the timeframe we had discussed and she went above and beyond making sure that I would be able to run the back office of the website on my own.
