T.Such a great gym! Never too busy and the staff are super kind and helpful :) The equipment is always really clean and Aimee goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience from day one. The actual gym has a great vibe and heaps of space to do what you like without feeling crampend! Been to other gyms where the staff are rude, it’s always super crowded and you don’t feel welcome, but this isn’t at all the case here! I also love that it’s 24 hours, this is such a bonus. Will definitely only come back to this gym from now on😊😊 Also love how Aimz provides free sweat towels to use for your session in case you forget yours! (Saved me heaps of times 😅)
S.The best gym I have been to! it is always tidy, the members have great gym etiquette and the staff are always maintaining the cleanliness of the gym. It doesn't get overly busy, and has a wide range of equipment to use. They have great classes that fit all different fitness levels, open 24/7 and the trainers are all friendly, approachable and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in!
r.I had never been to a gym before so I can't compare Aimz to other gyms. But I have been going for 3 months and it is a very nice gym.
W.Just started out so this review will change later on. I joined through a family reference and because it is the closest gym from Mission Heights. So far it seems like the facilities and equipment is clean although this says more about the members than the staff, with that said, the encouragement is prevalent. front desk was friendly but the computer had issues, which could've just been a once off fluke. Signup was simple via their website and I simply collected my tag to enter the gym once their computer was back online (they let me in to finish my session until they could give me my token).
L.Amazing gym, very friendly atmosphere and instructors. Everyone is welcomed here and treated well and with respect.
V.Hands down one of the best gyms on the South East side. Super friendly staff - they welcome you by your name, make you feel comfortable and make a genuine effort to encourage you to do the best you can. Gym is set up well, always very neat and tidy with equipments well looked after. They also offer a good variety of cardio and yoga classes and the instructors are all amazing! 5 stars! Highly recommend it!

R.If you want a gym that is truly your friendly neighbourhood gym - this is it! Aimee who runs the place impeccably is always there to greet you when you walk in with a smile and a wave. There is no ego here, no intimidation. People are friendly and respectful. Very warm, welcoming gym. Great machines and selection of exercises to choose from - you are only limited by your imagination here. And if you dont know what to do, Aimz or any one of the people who work there are amazing at helping you out!

Their prices are very reasonable especially as there are a good amount of classes and nice workout gear.
S.If you want a gym that has decent equipment, friendly staff, good price in a good neighborhood then hands down this is THE GYM for you. If you felt overwhelmed going to other gyms in the past this one will be great because it is less of a show off and more results.
J.Great gym. This is my first ever gym I’ve signed up for and Aimee has been great. The team there at Aims are kind and if you’re lost they will help you out. I signed up for 1 year contract. Would definitely renew my membership.
M.By far the best gym in the area and I have belonged to a few locally. Awesome Management and trainers. They are always updating the equipment and facilities. You can't go wrong. Not sure what these negative reviews are on about as my experience is the complete opposite. Keep up the great work.

L.The best gym I’ve signed up to. This place has daily classes (two to three sometimes, four classes a day) there is plenty of equipment to use and everyone is always respectful of each other. This is like a family place. If you’re looking for a gym to join this is the place. You are welcomed as soon as you set foot inside. The owners Paul and Amy are fantastic and they have a great team supporting them. Joey has also been my PT for many hard morning or night sessions, he’s great and I highly recommend him to everyone. Come along and join if you’re local or not!!
