M.I have been purchasing from Blue Fitness for several years, my first purchase being a les mills body pump set a few years ago. I have since built a home gym from mostly their equipment. They sell only the best quality products and their customer service and delivery is top notch. Thank you team for helping me build the home gym of dreams!!
T.Exceptional customer service by Ally! She was kind, helpful and incredibly prompt with her communication. I ordered a Les Mills starter pack amidst the craziness leading up to Xmas including expected courier delays, and this somehow miraculously turned up overnight to Tauranga! They also emailed to check whether I was aware that some of my items were incompatible with each other, which I can't imagine many other places would take the care to do. Site is simple and easy to navigate, payment is also an easy process, got emails keeping me informed about the deliveries (my order had multiple deliveries), received a track for each delivery, and when I needed an invoice, sent an email asking for it and received it the following day! But these awesome people found a way and made it happen. When I got a call from a guy saying they were from Blue Fitness and they were in my driveway with my delivery I was completely over the moon!
