Bobby and his amazing team of instructors are doing a Top Notch work. I still remember the day I got from bed and emailed Bobby for help so I can like myself when i look in the mirror. That is exactly what you get when you go through this 6 week body transformation. Program is so comprehensive and instructor are amazing folks. Very motivating . Bobby diet plan changed my life and now i lost 3 inch from my waist and almost 5 kg in 6 weeks. Confidence has returned and now i enjoy more with my family over weekend with no guilt. As far you are doing exercise along with diet plan you are all set. Highly recommended !!

A great program run by great teachers/mentors. Words can't describe what my partner and I were able to achieve only in 6 weeks. Full of motivation and a great place to kick start your health and well-being journey. It is run by a team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainers who are focused on not only getting the clients fit but also to teach healthy habits. They pushed us really hard and that was exactly what we needed. If you want motivation to change (especially after lock downs), then Bobby's team would be the best people to approach. You also work with other clients who are focused and work extremely hard, motivating each other. We gathered with different goals but it was great to share the journey. It doesn't end there and you become a part of the team. They teach you how to change your life into a better/healthier one and how to persevere. Their genuine passion inspired all the clients and we are very grateful the opportunity to work with them. Highly recommended if you want to make a change. Good results are guaranteed if you follow their lead. We will be back for more!!

Best gym in Takapuna, really friendly group circuit, a welcoming vibe. In this Delta Covid level 3.234 that Auckland is currently in they are offering group circuit classes for a max of ten people and we use the undercover carpark with open sides, so we are all appropriately distanced and exercising outside so it's safe for everyone. So glad I joined!

There’s trainers for fitness, and there’s trainers for health. Bobby is neither. He’s a trainer for life. Consider the term trainer, and ask yourself whether it does Bobby justice. It does not. He’s a mentor, a role model, and an absolutely incredible guy. My life before I started with Bobby and the team lacked focus. It lacked discipline. It lacked meaning. Now, I feel like I can tackle the future with the strength I always knew I had. Make the choice not for fitness. Make the choice not for health. Make the choice for life. Fantastic gym where everybody is friendly and it is easy to strike a conversation in between the sets. Great location near Countdown so I always do my groceries on the way back home and parking is easy. Used to be a Les Mill member for 5 years but now at BK for 2 years and I like the family feeling here.

Awesome place , very helpful team . I was worried to do the 6 weeks transformation because I got bad injuries on my body . Every exercises was adjusted for me and after 6 weeks coming a crazy results. Loss kgs loss stomach and a couple of inch less on my belly and bring some good muscles 💪 I recommend this place 1000% Thanks Bobby and your team

I turned 50 last November and have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life trying different forms of exercise and diet all with differing results but ultimately putting the weight back on and then some ballooning out to 125kgs. After the 6 weeks I lost 9kgs and more importantly just over 10cm round my waist. A long way to go to get below 100kgs for the first time in over 20 years and the ultimate goal of 90-95kgs but by continuing on my journey with Bobby and his team of awesome trainers who push me hard and are so supportive and really care about you as an individual I know if I stay focused I can do it. I have tried other HIIT style workouts from some of the bigger multi national franchise gyms but didn't last as I found the impact on my joints and previous injuries to much and although great atmospheres not a patch on Bobby and his team and the other members are so welcoming and supportive. Make no mistake you still get the intensity but far less impact on your joints and if there is an exercise you can't do the trainers will give you an alternative while still keeping the intensity. You get a diet plan which really works and sometimes I have had a few days in a week where I have been naughty with food and alcohol and still achieved great results which still gives me a life but I can only imagine where I would be if I had followed it to the letter. I can't thank Bobby and his awesome team enough for getting me on the right track. YOU ROCK!!!!!! I look forward to continuing my journey with them to achieve my goals. Cheers Shane

I have been watching BK transformation ads in Facebook since 2020. Finally, I decided to join the transformation programme in 2022. The six weeks course really transformed the way I start my day. The workouts were intense and gave me real feel to fat loss and muscle gain each and every session. The trick is, keep going on for the first two weeks religiously which is the real hard thing about this program. Once you cross the two weeks mark, you will get well adjusted to it and would want to do more. The coaches are very responsible and also empathetic with each individuals. They are watchful and come to help before you want them. Roman, Tui and Skye were the best motivators. The diet that Bobby prepared for me was perfect and the correspondence to how I go throughout the programme kept me reassured I'm in the right track. I would happily recommend anyone to join this transformation if you are really looking to change your lifestyle to be active. Keep doing the good work team BK transformation. Cheers
