This is an incredible CrossFit gym. I couldn't have chosen a better gym in Auckland to build up my skills. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and will definetely help you achieve your goals. Coaches always put special attention to correct form and mobility, which helps you feel safe all the time. Gymnastics with Mark and weightlifting with Tilah are top of the world classes. The other coaches are also awesome and always have the right words and advise. Definetely the best CrossFit gym I have been, and I have been in quite a few!
