Champs Fitness is my happy place. This is where I get happier, healthier and stronger every time I come in. It is a fantastic fitness centre run by a family. It offers a very warm and welcoming culture. The coaches are top notch professionals and the studio runs great classes to meet anyone's needs or goals. Love it here! Great gym, that is open for people of any age or fitness level- you are always welcome there. I was looking for a friendly environment, family feel gym, and I have found it here. They are kids friendly too, and I find it very attractive for some parents.

I've been going to Champs regularly for almost a year now and I can't speak highly enough about the team and the facilities. The gym itself is immaculate and the management and team of personal trainers are brilliant. Great to have a local gym in the eastern bays. Highly recommended.

I love going to Champs Fitness. It's got this nice little 'boutique setting feeling' that gives it a complete different fitness landscape, compared to those large chain studios. Locals can experience specialised workouts customised to their individual needs in a meticulously clean environment. The new management is very welcoming and the highly skilled personal trainers are the icing on the cake. All round rating A+++
