These new facility has something for everyone. With the large footprint of the gym it can even operate under the covid protection frame work. With lots of experienced professionals ready to answer questions or for one on one sessions, you'll be in good hands. Lots of friendly people and don't hesitate to flash a smile and wave hello. Plenty of group classes and areas as well for those with their own personalized workout sessions to get your sweat on! There is a massage chair to help you relax those tense muscles after a hard workout, men and women's changing rooms, lockers, showers and mirrors to make sure you're ready to hit the floor or the door!

I had a GREAT experience with one of the staff here today, Erna! She went above and beyond to help me sort out my membership and it really didn't go unnoticed. This club is very nice and clean with a variety of machines :)

Very good facillities with a lot of machines and free weights etc, however not a 5 star as since the gyms have reopened, i have gone into city fitness 3 times to get my card activated, however every time I go, the tag doesnt work even though the staff have stated the all clear that it should work, it just doesnt work. Not sure if my tag is the problem or the staff just cutting corners. But still a very good place to gym.

Good gym facility. Friendly staff. Just sometime cleaning of male restrooms is bad. For instance floor not mopped and showers not clean for 2 weeks.

Westgates city fitness is the best gym so far. Not too crowded and the gym equipment's are always best and stuffs are always friendly

Great new gym with good facilities. Can be busy at peak times but that's hardly a surprise given the price point and you can typically get onto the machine you need without too much waiting. Parking tip, go into the shopping mall parking if it's busy (by Under Armour) and make the short walk across - just be aware it's 30 minute parking in some spots, in case you're planning a long session.

For this affordable gym, facilities are okay, and staff is kind. Three things I hate tho: 1. Machines are way too close to each other so sometimes you feel the person next to you breathing on top of you 😄 2. Classes in the morning are too late (9:30) so people with lives, cannot make these. 3. You suppose to be able to take a guest if you have the black membership, so my husband and I use the same one but, he has to sign a book everyday and wait for access every day. Sometimes there is no one in reception and he has to wait for someone to stop doing what they're doing and let him in. This is a bit ridiculous and CF should find a way for "fixed guests" to have their own card with a small fee.

Had the most fantastic experience with one of the team members - Ashley. Ashley was super helpful and informative and was patient with helping me out. By far the best customer experience I’ve had at any gym. Keep up the good work!

Great fitness center with all new equipments. There are more than 25+ treadmills and many weight lifting equipments. Tredmills are not super fancy ones, but gets the job done. Little bit hard to find parking during rush hours. Other than that pretty solid

My favorite Cityfitness gym branch. It is huge venue with cardio zone, wide range of free weights, machines and cross fit area. Changing room, showers and toilets (can say about male only) are clean. I wish this branch had sauna, that would have brought this gym to unachievable level

Great new upgraded city fitness, cheap as heck and some of the best power lifting facilities in Auckland.... Only downside is it's best to time your trips as peak hours can be a large wait for lifting platforms, otherwise if u can avoid peak hours then best bang for buck gym out west.

Cityfitness Is modern fitness centre is well designed, easily accessible, has good natural lighting & is spacious with great views of the park surroundings. Cityfitness equipment is state-of-the-art & is well maintained. There are many ancillary facilities such as the indoor sprint track, boxing studio, group fitness studios, arena/basketball court & Olympic outdoor running track available to our members.

Great well kept equipment and classes. This location is a temporary one while the new gym is being built, so the area is a little small. There is air conditioning but still gets a bit stuffy when full because of the smaller area.

Was helped by the amazing carlee, got me all set up and ready to workout! The machines are great and the weights are better than jetts fitness in my opinion. Toilets a nice and always clean as well as the showers. Staff always have a smile on and will help you anytime! 10/10

A decent size city fitness gym located in West Auckland, I've used it regularly for a year and my overall experience was great. I had minimal interaction with the staff as it's a 24x7 gym but I found them to be very helpful based on the few occasional interactions when I had forgotten my access card. They have two squat racks, plent of treadmills, and all the necessary gym equipments at the gym, a stretching area at the top and rest room, showers for their members and a big car parking yard. I'd recommend anyone living in this area to give it a try. Plus you can carry someone when you have their black membership card and the basic membership is only $7 a week so cany go wrong with that.

I really like this gym. The changing rooms are very convenient with a hairdryer and straightener available. There are a lot of options for equipment. The only con is that it gets very busy during peak hours.

Gym has recently changed over. I go here for almost $1 a day.. which is awesome. At the momeny the gear and machines are getting quite old, however in due time they will be renovating... this will hopfully bring with it new equipment. Staff are good. Parking can be hecktic at peak times... plenty of cafés around. A vending machine with protein etc inside
