l.Very friendly staff.
Great place to take a kid for an afternoon.
They can climb by themselves as you just clip them in and don’t need to stand underneath.
Huge vertical slide which is fun for adults as well.
J.Awesome day out. Great variety of walls of all skill levels. Staff are welcomimg, patient and organized. Equipment is clean.
P.A bit crowded as it is just one pretty small room. Still fun place for kids. Pity the location is a bit far from the city centre and therefore a bit of a hassle to get to for tourists like us. But there is a bus that gets you there.
M.This is a customer compliment to the kind gentleman that was working at ClipNClimb Dominion Road on 21/5/21 at around 2.30pm-3pm ( He was the only person there). Thank you so much for the kind service 10/10. We came in with our 4year old & he was so good at explaining everything to her & going the extra mile by putting her harness back on every time she needed to take it off. He truely is an asset to your company & I wish he gets commended for his customer service. Couldn’t have met a better person. Thank you so so much for your great service 1000000/10 💯🙌🏽

L.Positives: Really like the system they have that you don't need another human to harness you up, and there are plenty of different walls. The staff are also really attentive and helpful.
Negatives: There is no air conditioning so it is very hot in the summer. Nearly all customers are kids though, so it is a bit awkward climbing as an adult. Also, the walls aren't that high - outdoor climbing is more fun, but far less convenient.
D.My child was upset about climbing and didnt want to after i had already paid..we ended up leaving and the lovely human not sure of her name blonde blue eyes gave us a refund as we never climbed... bless your heart thank you for being a decent human being.

A.We went there for a birthday party and we were blown away by the facilities and the centre. What an awesome place! We will be back!!!
K.The staff knew the facility well and also about the equipment. We asked questions about their climbing gear and they had comprehensive answers about the repair and maintenance. Good walls for kids. Adult climbing walls in the back but limited to just that space. Able to climb alone so no need for a belayer unlike extreme edge.
F.My kids absolutely loved clip and climb. Very friendly staff. I think the vertical drop is a tad dangerous though. My son went to the top and on the way down he hit the back of his head quite hard and didnt want to go on it anymore. Apart from that it was great

A.Took my 8 year old and 4 year old today for the first time and they absolutely loved it. Wish we knew about it sooner as they are closing down. Hope they reopen in a new location. Staff were great. Friendly and very helpful.
G.Not just for kids and casuals! There's a proper wall all along the back with some fun climbs. Great if you want to climb but can't find a partner. I was up on business and my regular (and only!) Auckland climbing partner was out of town. I wasn't sure about coming here because it looked like it was all novelty clip n climb, but the $9 "RealRoc" rate enticed me in!
Overall the difficulty level is not particularly high but funnily enough it works well. Without a partner you don't take as many breaks and slightly easier climbs are not unwelcome. Staff are friendly. Apparently they're setting new routes which doesn't mean much as much to me as a regular, but admittedly some of the holds could do with a clean.
Will definitely visit again if I find myself without a partner!

t.Friendly, helpful staff that are informative and knowledgeable about indoor rock climbing that really make it easy to get started into rock climbing.
Definitely give this place a go if you wanted to trial rock climbing in a safe environment and once you've got three hang of it, they have a range of difficulty in the walls to keep up the challenge.
E.Perfect place to take kids (or just yourself) on a rainy day, or to tire them out. Really good value for money, safety procedure explained in depth at the start of every session, and friendly staff.

S.I love the Clipn Climbing the walls, they were are challenge and all a little different. It would have been nice to see more mum's showing their families they can rise to the challenge.

a.Great experience! The harnesses help your sense of security and safety if like me you are scared of heights! The staff are lovely.
