L. Z.I've been going here for several years now and I've only ever had positive experiences. The equipment and facilities are new and well-maintained, the place has a great atmosphere and the staff are incredibly helpful.
J. C.Amazing staff..you are greeted when you arrive and you get a wave or a shout out when you leave. Gym is clean with all the equipment you need. Spacious workout area which most gyms lack.
N.My family and I sincerely believe this club is the overall best complete health club in the upper North Shore. Allot of thought and passion has gone into the concept. The staff are excellent. I've seen them handle many situations well. I particularly appreciate how the club is also helping worthy charities.
