S.Awesome team, welcoming, friendly, motivating. A great place to get fit from any fitness level.
D.Best place to workout. Been a member for a few years now. They are a community box with members in the RX grade and people just keen to lift a broomstick.
Coaches are amazing, facilities are fantastic and atmosphere perfect.
Come check them out! They even offer trials to see if you may like it. :)

J.The community here is great, after I had a bad experience at another gym on the north shore, David and the coaches couldn't have made me feel more comfortable. All the members make you feel like part of the team and are super friendly!
B.Just moved to NZ and I felt right at home instantly. From the super friendly people in class to the personable coaches and welcoming owner- I highly suggest giving this box a try out. The programming is great too. Bonus: it’s super clean and the equipment is very well kept!
