O.Purchased a Schwin 430 eliptical from Wairau branch, after looking around online and at other competitor products. Very good product, team explained in-store all about it, good value. My kids (or dog? - no one has come forward) accidentally jumped over the electric cable and broke it (pay attention to that!) and I went back to the store, they replaced it - no questions asked. Excellent service
K.What a lovely young man to help an old lady trying to find equipment best suited for my knee surgery. He didn't even hesitate to grab my foot and placed it on the pedals.
G.Exceptional service experienced today. Neil at the Wairau store phoned me shortly after I made an online order. He told me that the couriers were at least 10 days behind in orders (lockdown) and that he'd deliver it on Monday himself. Less than 2 hours later (and about 3 hours after placing my online order) Neil had turned up at our front door with the package. I couldn't be happier or more grateful as it means I can start my injury rehab at home straight away. Thanks Elite Fitness!

Probably the fastest transaction of my life, I was in and out of the store in 2 minutes. The employee was also very nice and respected me even though I don't really look like someone that gyms often. The delivery service not only arrived earlier than expected, but they offered tips on best way to assemble our items seeing we opted to do it ourselves

W.Purchased Schwinn Airdyne Exercycle late January 2021. As a big man I was looking fir something sturdy and having the Schwinn brand name it caught my attention. Schwinn have been in business since 1895 in Chicago. Assembled it at home which was very easy and it is all I hoped it would be and more. Thanks to salesnan Ray Fiatau I am one very happy customer. cheers.
