Y.Recently joined this year to get healthier and fitter. I was a bit nervous on my first day, but staff and other members made us feel very welcome. If, you're looking for a place with great music, fun and supportive people to help you on health journey, than join us!
G.Have been at this studio since it opened. I was quite lazy before I joined 😂 even though i'd been at another studio before this one. The trainers here have changed the way I look at exercise and food and overall I'm much happier and look forward to my classes ☺️

J.I've been with F45 Glen Eden for about a yr and a bit. I always look forward to going in even on days where I'm not feeling it, the trainers ALWAYS have a way to get you moving & have fun! The energy and the tight nit community at F45 Glen Eden is second to none! I've joined different training groups in the past (Ie: Crossfit, boxing, etc..) never have I experienced an environment where everyone comes together weekly to train like family! I personally like how clean they keep the place up! Especially the bathroom! It's always so clean, neat, tidy and there's always hair ties and pins available if yours snap during training! And whenever I have issues with my membership they get onto it promptly! The other amazing thing is during lockdown they went over and above to ensure everyone is still training together! I would highly recommend F45 GLEN EDEN, if you want to train with a team at your own pace and not feel left out! Or you just simply want to train with a group of people who are just like family!
