I’ve never been much of a gym person and was really nervous going to F45 Swanson. I had nothing to worry about, all the trainers are absolutely fantastic and so welcoming and friendly. If you are struggling with anything a friendly face is always nearby to encourage you to do your best. The trainers know how to get the best out of you, even when you think you can’t work any harder! F45 Swanson is my happy place and I couldn’t imagine not going. I would highly recommend anyone to join this fantastic studio and become part of the fit family

Swanson F45, you are amazing! Trainers are fun, friendly and really give you that extra push. Love the vibe as soon as you walk in the studio. Have never been one to stick it out at a gym, however, this place has really stuck with me. Give it a go, you will not regret it.

Love F45 Swanson! Such a great community with the best trainers who are all so welcoming and supportive! This is the first year that I have stayed motivated throughout winter and I’m always excited to go to class each day. I joined F45 Swanson when it first opened in October 2019 and I can honestly say that it is the best thing I could’ve ever done for myself. I fell in love with fitness here. I’ve even brought along family and friends because I wanted to share with them the greatness that is F45 Swanson. The trainers are THE BEST in the business and are super knowledgeable. If you’re looking for the best F45 studio in NZ, this is it. Keep up the great work guys!

I joined the Swanson F45 family when they opened back in October 2019. Honestly love the studio so much! I have gone from someone who hated to work out, to someone who enjoys waking up and attending the 5am class every single day. The trainers are amazing, always greeting you with a warm smile and helping with technique. I never thought I would love F45 as much as I do, and it really is thanks to all the amazing and kind people running the place. Thanks team!!

F45 Swanson is without doubt THE BEST F45 studio I have ever trained at. All the trainers are very knowledgeable, professional and motivate you to push yourself to your own limits no matter what your ability is. The studio is spacious and always clean and tidy. Communication from the owners and team is top notch and always prompt (especially in this Covid world). There is a true family spirit at Swanson and it is fantastic how hands on the owners are - their commitment to their business and members and trainers shows!

I've been coming to the F45 Swanson studio since Feb'20 & throughout lockdown. I absolutely love the ever changing workouts, the sick beats that play, the fellow members are so supportive & encouraging (which is something I've never experienced at any other gym before), how each trainer will get to know you, your physical ability all whilst pushing you to your absolute limits to help you get the results all with huge smiles on their faces. I have absolutely zero regrets joining the F45 Swanson Studio, it is best thing to have come out of 2020. I highly recommend that you come give it a go - come live your best life with the rest of us & before you know it, you will be part of the F45 Swanson Family too!!

F45 Swanson is a great place to go and get a workout. From the trainers to the rest of the community everybody makes you feel welcome. If you have an injury the trainers will give you alternative movements so you don't miss out on getting your daily F45 fix.

F45 Swanson are welcoming and professional. All of the trainers are highly knowledgeable and will push you to train your hardest. The studio is always clean and tidy, and they go above and beyond to make members feel comfortable and welcome. Their communication with members is 5 stars. Couldn’t recommend enough

Amazing studio, trainers and members! The trainers are very accommodating whilst still motivating and encouraging their members to push themselves and succeed. What sets this gym apart is its good huge range of new equipment, FB groups, a heart monitor system, membership rewards programme, attendance counter, in-house challenges and annual social events among other things. There is also a 7 day free trial 😀

The F45 Swanson studio is top notch and the team are AMAZING (like actual dream team). It’s like having a personal trainer, but getting to work out with your mates at the same time! Training here is something I look forward to everyday, I’ve had awesome results and haven’t felt this strong in both body and mind in a long time - thanks Team Swanny!

I had my first session today and I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and compassion from the trainers and everyone else at the studio. If you are looking for a team wanting to drive you to achieve your goals, this is it! They check in with their beginners to make you feel welcome and ask you what you want to achieve. They push the regulars that little bit more. Music is always on point. Sofie, Faith and the team have can do attitudes and Subtle hints on techniques. So glad I joined Swanson 😜👍🏾

Swanson F45 is the bomb. The trainers are knowledgeable and take their time making sure you get it right. They push you just the right amount and are all really great, personable people. It’s money well spent and I couldn’t fault their training style 💚. Thank you as always team!

Becoming a member has been such a breeze with Sofie. And the trainers were immediately welcoming. Were all on our own fitness journey, myself included. So its nice to feel supported regardless of the stage I'm at. Convenient and free street parking is a bonus.

F45 Swanson is a vibe! F45 culture at its finest and a really cool bunch of trainers always willing to help out. Great use of space to ensure maximum efficiency with station changes, mass load of free parking close to the entrance, a multitude of fit people to give you support even if you're a beginner plus a super clean facility that will ensure even the biggest germ phobes are content with the space!

LOVE F45 Swanson! The trainers are excellent - super motivating, friendly and helpful, they even get in and do the workouts too. The classes are always challenging and fun. So happy to have somewhere so close to home. Easy to find a car park too which is a bonus!

These guys have absolutely helped me find my passion for training again!
