Signed up to Fikaa Manukau previously known as Creo after trying few other gyms in South Auckland and haven't looked back since. Friendly staff, up to date equipment which isn't always broken, sauna, plenty of parking at the back and best of all it is 24 hours. Lots of facilities available to members and they even have their own boxing ring! Highly recommended GYM if you are looking for value for your money.

One the best gym that provides quality trainers, good range of equipments, friendly people and always some kinda fun challenges to keep you on track. To me, it all started here. The friendly trainers and staffs are always there to help everyone out and the best thing i reckon is , they listen to you and give you the exact results you have in your mind.( as long as you stick to their workout plans).👍🏾 I would rate it 10/10 and highly recommend it.

Awesome Gym !! Fikaa Manukau has everything you need to get your fitness goals on track. 24/7 access, group classes to suit everyone, a large cardio and weights areas, sauna, and a full size boxing ring upstairs. The trainers are caring, amazing, and helpful. Highly recommended as the best gym in the south.

Been at this gym for about 4 years now, thought I'll put a review to give credit where its due. This gym is great. Good quality machines and weights. Solid support group and PTs. If you ever need straight up advice about direction on living a healthy life, Cam and Tony will gladly point and guide you in the right direction. 🙌🏽

Great gym and great staff. Fikaa Manukau is a gym where you feel like family, rather than just a member. Big weights and cardio area, as well as boxing and a range of other group classess available to suit everyone at every level. Their personal and group trainers are skilled and motivating (Cam and Bex are awesome) and Chana is the friendly face you see at the front desk. Simply the best gym around!

Best gym in Auckland, I live out west and still come out there every week. See Tony if you want to get gold in powerlifting, you will gain long term results and not get fed the usual pt bs.

Best gym in Manukau hands down. Staff are great. Plenty of benches, squat cages/racks and cardio machines. A big circuit area and a variety of cardio classes. They even have a boxing ring! And more, a lot more. Plus it's 24/7! Easily the best gym in Manukau. Also no other gym has Cam, the one stop shop of knowledge, banter and eye candy.

I've Been a member since the July promotion Creo had going. Atmosphere in general is good when I first joined I was guided through excerises the do's and dont's safety etc. Best part is ladies have there own workout space to where they can be free to do there workouts without others looking👍 Creo isn't like any other gym it's a great place for first timers to start off for those that don't like big crowds of others watching while you train.😁 You have support when the gym is staffed also the staff are great. Bubbly and hard-working and will help you towards your goals.Halle,Cam and Tony are great in the work that they do to help people 😁

Great gym, too pricy though especially in this market. The sauna is a great touch but only available in staffed hours and for those who workout during the night, that doesn’t really work. Potentially have a off peak membership.

Been going here for 4+ years+ and I can tell you i've also been to a lot of gyms in Auckland and I always end up coming back to this one. This one by far is my favourite as there is lots of space, lots of gear and machines to use and you never have to wait for anything. There are upstairs areas, a boxing ring and plenty of parking.

Just finished my 1st PT session with Halle. I'm fresh back into this gym life so it was hard wanting to enter with my new weight addition lol and I was nervous but I assure you that I felt welcomed and at ease. Nice environment and friendly. Great gym ,I've been training here for 3 years now and haven't looked any other way . One thing that made me stay was the group trainings , Friendly and supportive staff , Very knowledgeable PT's , also having an in-house massage deep tissue area .
