K.I purchased the Aero spin 3000, it arrived within 2 days, and was fantastic. I then tried to change the pedals, this didn't work out so well and I asked the team at Fitness World what could have gone wrong, they said drop it in and we'll fix it for you, they did this and had it ready the same day, I offered to pay they declined even though it was my mistake.

M.I purchased there large Pro Fit treadmill a less than a year ago, during covid19.
We didn't see eye to eye over the phone, my apologies. When they helped they sure did. I recommend World Fitness at the end of the day they came through.

M.I bought both the Squat rack and my 5ft training bar from Fitness World, both products are amazing, the quality is excellent and the prices even better! I highly recommend shopping for your fitness need with them :-)
T.The team were very helpful when I phoned, and gave good advice. The delivery of the cross trainer was a little slow but this was not the fault of Fitness World. It shipped from Store to the Wellington Freight Depot overnight, it just took another 4 days for local delivery (weekend included) so a little disappointing. (but its been a bit that way post lock down). Having said that the delivery lady did offer to help me carry it inside and at 50kg that was appreciated. However I have a 20 year old son, so used him.
All the parts arrived and it was well packaged.
Assembly was a bit frustrating. The machine is made with such fine margins (a good thing) but it meant that I really had to put a lot of physical strength in to aligning the base of the handles. (quite frustrating and I was worried I might strip a bolt. However in the end Brute force won. SO assembly was a bit of a pain, but once it was complete my daughter has loved using it.
It is a really good quality piece of equipment. but where possible I would probably pay the extra to get them to deliver and put it together. Especially if you are a little older.
Overall though they are awesome, the kit good and it really competitively priced
R.I bought Swimming Pool Inverter Heat Pump for our underfloor heating system a few months ago. The performance is excellent even though the price would be less than half to a similar product. I was much impressed with its quietness. Unfortunately, I cannot obtain its parameter values to optimise the heat pump to our underfloor heating, but it works reasonably well with standard-setting.
K.Prompt communication during lockdown. Accurate advice on stock, price and future shipments. Good set up for click and collect. Although disappointed didn't see courier option it led to hubby driving me there with dog and grandchild in tow. We got to check out a dog park nearby and had a totally awesome day. The rowing machine was repaired this week and I couldn't be happier.

G.Recently purchased a treadmill. The seller was welcoming and answered all our questions and gave us helpful tips. They seemed busy on that Saturday when we decided to purchase the treadmill the owner said that the invoice details would be later sent even though we had already paid in full. Which was no problem, the invoice was sent early Monday morning. We did have an issue with the treadmill but that was fixed promptly by them. A little hassle but great on Darryl for providing us with top notch customer service.
N.Bought a treadmill from them a couple of weeks ago. It was shipped out on time as promised. We have only been using it for a short time, but it seems to be working very well so far.
Our follow up questions were answered very quickly.

C.Bought a new 3HP treadmill to stop me getting fat through lockdown. Timely delivery given demand, delivery bloke dropped it where we wanted it in the garage and we were able to set up no fuss. The bluetooth link with Zwift is a great feature as the treadmill raises and lowers itself

C.We bought a small Bestway swimming pool online and it has proven to be a good pump over the summer months. The build quality is good, and the unit has fared well outdoors for the whole season. The pump runs quietly, generates good flow and is easy to access to replace filter cartridges. The pump came with all the accessories, including pipes, vents and clips.
We were pleased with the communication and speed of delivery. The pump was well package and arrived safely. All in all, a happy camper.

R.We purchased a 4 m (diameter) x 1.2 m (height) swimming pool that is designed to be held up by the water infill (no metal frame). This pool worked very well and was certainly very good value. The purchase was easy to do and delivery was extremely efficient, especially as purchase was just before Christmas. Back up and advice from Fitness World has been excellent too.

I ordered that evening and the Exercycle was delivered to my North Island provincial address 36 hours later. P.Excellent service! I was trying to source a monitor part for an Elliptical cross trainer - I live in Australia and couldn't source the part here or overseas. Spoke with Darryl Kay of Fitness World NZ - Darryl sourced the part, set up a special payment facility and I paid for the part and shipping costs.
Darryl then contacted me and advised that he would be in Sydney Australia for that weekend, would I like to pick up the part for his hotel reception and if so he would refund the shipping costs.

A.I have a stationary bike from fitness world, which unfortunately developed a continuous internal squeak as the pedals turned which was quite irritating. Fitness world were quick to respond to my query and sorted out the noise within days. Thanks so much for helpful and speedy follow up service 🙂
A.I purchased a spin bike. Prompt delivery. We had an issue being able to properly secure one of the foot pedals. Fitness World was very helpful and replaced the parts promptly.

b.I bought 3 exerycles for my gym from these guys and they gave me the best price around ...There competition took ages to get back to me and wouldnt match there price so that got to tell you something!... also one of the consoles broke down months later ( not there fault ) replaced no fuss under warranty and also a power plug a couple weeks back that was out of the warranty time ... replaced NO CHARGE ...great work guys.
