C.Found an absolute little gem tucked away below Mt Wellington. I have been to many gyms around Auckland, and though I have only been with Lee at Flex for three weeks now, I am absolutely stunned by my results so far. I can see changes that I haven't seen since before lockdown. Flex offers an incredible space that is clean, with new equipment and an atmosphere that allows you to workout without being bothered or hassled. I cannot recommend this gym enough compared to other gyms in the area. It's one thing to say that you go to the gym, but it's another to get the work done. Flex (and Lee) has given me this mindset and I am so grateful. Come check it out. You wont be sorry :)
A.I have been going to this gym for almost 2 years now and love it. The people are super friendly and respectful. It is always left tidy and the owner Lee is really helpful. The gym accommodates everyone with a card area, weights area and functional area.
The bathrooms and changing rooms are private and always immaculate

Lee, the owner, is the nicest gym owner i've ever interacted with and I always appreciate the good yarns we have on the way in and out of my sessions. The gym is spacious, has all the gear you'd ever want and the members are nice too. Highly recommend over the nearby competing gyms
