Fantastic and friendly staff, excellent facilities and right in the middle of takapuna it’s my favourite gym would recommend 🤩🤩

Great gym, great location and great customer service. This gym has all the machines and equipment that I love and used to. The likes of Eleiko Sport, Hammer Strength and Arsenal Strength. Haldane is very attentive and puts his customers needs above others and is continuously improving and developing on the gym itself to provide a wide range of amenities for the customers, like myself. My favourite part about the gym is car parking! There is always car parks available and I do not have to struggle looking for one ever. The last thing I want in Takapuna is to drive around looking for a car park when I just want to work out. Have recommended this gym to all my friends and family and I hope to see it thrive in the future.

One of the best gyms in NZ by far. Top of the line equipment, sound system and facilities. Staff are all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Hayley being one of the most knowledgeable trainers in Auckland, I would more than recommend joining Flex just to train with her. Great location and plenty of parking. When are you opening a Wellington Flex?

Good service at the reception, decent selection of machines and many carparks available for the members as It's just in front of the gym. I personally would like to see that friendly service with any new staff member at Flex fitness in the future. Definitely 5 star!!!

An awesome selection of pin and plate loaded strength equipment this is one of the better gyms on the north side of the Auckland harbor bridge. Don't be deterred by the small space. Once you find your training groove the space is secondary to enjoying the journey to achieving your mental snd physical aspirations and goals. Could easily be your new happy place

When I first walked into the gym I was immediately impressed with the quality of the gym equipment and what they had there with limited space. The vibe there with from the all the members are awesome everyone just gets on with training and funny enough which you dont see is they support and help each other out . The couple that own the gym are full of energy and are so easy to get along with their energy is what you need in a gym and in so happy I have joined up after doing a trial . Please if anyone lives local or half an hour away this gym is right for you it has everything you actually need. Thank you flex takapuna

Visiting from Hamilton for a week and came in almost every day!! Really nice space, super clean and the equipment seems new and in really good condition. Changing rooms are super clean and nice too

Great new flex fitness location. Plenty of available parking and very convenient as its close to takapuna and smales farm. The gym has heaps of specialised equipment and is one of the only flex fitness with abduction machines. There are squat racks and heaps of benches and weights. Quite compact gym but you'll have all the equipment you need for your workout. The owners are super friendly and i highly recommend checking this gym out!

Definitely one of, if not the best gym in Aotearoa! This gym has something for everyone. From your Athlete to CrossFitter to powerlifter to bodybuilding to your beginner at weight training. With All brand new Eleiko sporting equipment to get the best results out of your training. I can only see this gym getting busier and busier! The staff are lovely too 🤙🏽🤙🏽
